Mold infested poorly managed. The entire complex is mold infested and no professional communication or repairs ever done. Lost furniture and time cleaning my apartment. All other units have the same mold damage that has only been painted over to cover up the issues for years now. This property has multiple lawsuits in the works. Completely unsafe. Not to mention the many shooting right on the street and not well maintained for cleanliness in laundry rooms and on site parking lot. There was a snow storm and they didn't clear any snow in the parking lot keeping everyone from going anywhere.

Great place to live ,paying online is super easy, and property is always clean. The property manager Angela is very helpful and really cares about people. James the maintenance supervisor is awsome. I’ve had to put in one work order and James surprised me at my door in 10 minutes to take care of it. I recommend this property with a five star rating because is is well deserved!

I feel badly providing such a low rating. I believe that management and maintenance mostly did their best at this apartment, but I would never choose to live there again. We had a corner unit, which could have caused some additional issues due to weather and temp. We had a pretty significant recurring mold issue that caused us to have to throw a significant amount of shoes and sentimental away. They treated it, but it returned always. We tried to manage by making space in our closets, cracking the windows, using fans, and ran a dehumidifier. it kept it at bay.
As it warmed up, we also had a pretty

They were very nice and it’s a nice enough place to live. However, when I cancelled my lease and moved out, I was still receiving electric bills for months after leaving the complex. When I called them about it, they said it was “weird” and they would take care of it. They never did, even after multiple calls and messages. When I got the notice that the bill was moving to collections, I just bit the bullet and paid it myself, but it’s actually ridiculous that I had to pay for three months of electricity for a place that I wasn’t living in and had to call the company to take my name off

History of mold. There is even a statement in the lease that says that small amounts of mold is responsibility of tenant. My personal property was damaged by mold, including furniture, shoes, and clothing. They said apartments are newly renovated, but I believe they never treated the mold, just covered it with paint and carpet. I had mold in bathroom, closet, bedroom walls, window seals, which I cleaned multiple times.
Leaking toilet that maintenance said was just condensation but would leave huge puddles of water on floor.
Not very safe community. There is illegal drug activity and prostitution

Do not move here. Asbestos contamination. Black mold. City refused to do anything, despite being given photos, city clerk actually said the owners ‘paid them off’ before correcting herself then denying she said exactly that. Asbestos being investigated by Puget Sound Clean air admin. Abusive staff, laundry thrives, high crime with regular car break ins in parking lot, drug dealing in and behind buildings and used syringes on & around grounds. Gunfire is common on property and in alley behind property. You can obtain police reports to corroborate info. Ridiculously long police response times

IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! After 6 months here I was trying to get out my lease . EVERY PROPERTY MANAGER HAS BEEN INCOMPETENT TO SAY THE LEAST! They smile in your face and try to act like the are helping BUT DONT HELP! One time I came home from work and maintenance changed my locks! I got lucky they left a little late that day or else I would've had to get a room. You know what they said " oh we didn't think anyone lived here, no ones ever home" like WHAT! My rent is PAID every month and there's a lease what do you mean. Then maintenance didn't even

I am concerned that they are not doing things quite by the book. They have changed managers 4-5 times, which they never seem to get around to telling us. The result of this has been a crisis. A few months ago, I started receiving water bills for the unit by a third party, not TPU, in the amount of 175.00. The bill was broken up as water, sewage, and garbage. There is no way that this bill should be so high for one person, paying rent at 1099, in maybe 450 sq feet. I received 3 bills in this amount only to be told that the amounts are to be reduced to 85 per month, so truly rent is 1184. Highway

It is worth mentioning that the property has been remodeled and is under new management. When reading these comments I know that this property is completely different now. I have been a renter here for two months. Application, approval, and move in was almost too easy. The property is well maintained and pleasantly quiet with very little activity. Maintenance is very friendly and attentive. Paying rent is simple online. Plenty of parking. The elementary school is a stone's throw away and VERY good. Freeways and shopping centers are all less than a mile. Comcast is best for internet. Having pets

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
They want too much for such a small place. The owners don't allow the maintenance crew to fix things properly until something breaks, then they won't accommodate you for the problems it has caused. The management team will LIE to your face and smile. The laundry facilities are out dated and steels your money. Tenants have had things stolen from in front of their apartments and mine was almost broken in to, (thanks to my dogs, they never got in).
I personally have found nicer places with bigger square footage and asking for a lot less. The owners/management team

Now Midtown 15! I work for the management company and owners who are renovating this property on a very large scale. I've watched properties get built from ground breaking, and this is close. I'm the maintenance supervisor and assist the PM here. Everything is going to be new!! Parking lot, exterior, interior, courtyard, and other amenities coming soon!!! I have been in multifamily for almost 15 years on many grades of properties. Resident satisfaction is a high priority to me and I take my job seriously. I will never leave someone with something I would not accept for my own home. Come check us

We just moved into the newly renovated units, now called Midtown 15. The staff is a much needed break from previous management in North Tacoma by Park 52. They are currently leasing and open to any and everyone.
