Im not the kind of person to leave reviews but wow this place has inspired me. Absolute worst experience in my life at an apartment. This apartment complex is not about customer service. They are about handing out fees, and compassion isn't in their vocabulary.
1st Experience: Literally the first day I moved in I took the trash out to my front door since they have a valet trash service. I didn't put the trash the way they wanted me to, so they welcomed their newest resident with a $50 fee. I called them asked them if they can

Living here has given me terrible anxiety, every little thing is considered a complaint. I can't even walk around my own apt without getting a complaint about being too loud. I have never felt more paranoid to live somewhere in my life. I do not recommend living here. You will honestly be walking on eggshells the day you move in. Save your time and money

I'm blown away by how unprofessional and incompetent the office management is at Luxor Club. I put in an application and waited 5 days just for a response and when I finally heard back noticed errors in the lease and welcome letter which were charging more than I was originally quoted. I feel like I was scammed out of my application fee because of the incompetentcy of the staff that decided to just not do their job after I paid them. At this time I began having doubts about moving in here and found a different apartment. The office manager, Kami, gave me a call to tell me she was not got

I liked the complex in summer of 19. The complex was shown to me by an agent who said it was an adult community focusing on working young adults. It certainly seemed that way when I moved in. But suddenly a lot of very shady people and big families started moving in. Like families with 4+ kids, and the biggest apartment is 3 bedrooms. The complex was so quiet when I moved in, by October it was full of screaming kids playing in the breezeway, storing their bikes next to your door. I never had an issue with maintenance, because I was the first owner of the apartment. I never had to ask for anything

Well here goes a bad review. I'm a resident here at Luxor club and after the amenities being closed for months because of the virus, they reopened to residents ONLY so far which is understanding. A bunch of residents went to the pool super happy and a bunch of us got kicked out of the pool because US RESIDENTS didn't have "RUBBER wrist bands" that were given to us when we moved in? Mind you, we have amenity fobs, we can PROVE we live here and STILL got asked to leave because a wrist band. I asked most residents on the way out if they have them and they don't. NO ONE ever

We stopped at Luxor Club in January 2020 when we were in town for a job interview from Michigan. We met with Shannon from the leasing office and she gave us a tour of the property. We weren't sure at the time but we ended up getting the job and decided to move to Luxor Club and had to process all of our paperwork online. Shannon was awesome and set everything up for us. We had a lot of questions and she answered every single one of them some more than once. Shannon and her professional attitude and kindness made us glad we chose Luxor Club. Thank you Shannon Day for all of your hard work.

I've lived at a few of the Fort properties, Luxor Club is my favorite. The staff is great however Mailena is the best. She is super friendly, has a great attitude and immediately made me feel at home. I haven't had any issues but go into the office just to say hello. Mailena always greets me with a smile and a hug. She has always been very professional but friendly at the same time.

I was in search of a quiet place to live when I came across Luxor Club and was met by Mailena. She took me on a tour of the facility and some of the floor plans. My first impression of the apartment was that it was of course new, it had great sunshine and light, with pleasing light grey tones. Mailena made the decision and move in process very smooth and easy. Mailena has a great attitude and always has a smile on her face. She treats me with kindness and respect.
I can't say enough about Mailena's communication when it comes to events, fun activities, the multiple food trucks throughout

Love living at The Luxor Club now for the last 6 months. Mailena made our moving process from out of state a lot less stressful. She also has been very responsive and helpful when we've had any maintenance issues or questions. We highly recommend Fort Family properties for their above average service and beautiful communities!

Living here since June 2019, I've admittedly had some of the same issues as the other reviews have mentioned (LOUD upstairs neighbors and numerous repair requests, to name a few). But I have to say, Assistant Manager Mailena Garcia is the main reason why we're still loving it here. She has been nothing but helpful to my wife and I with all the issues we've run into.
I don't know what the other tenants have actually gone through, but from my personal experience with Mailena, she has been quick to act and prompt to respond. Our dishwasher had to be replaced and it was taking

My friend lives in building 6 and I've visited her enough to interact with the staff and neighbors. Enough to know that this place rocks!!! If I didn't own my house I'd totally live here.
I read the other reviews with my friend before I came to post my own and I'm kind of shocked at the experiences that people have had. Noise? Okay, it's apartment living What do you expect? My friend is on the 2nd floor and she has people above her. Yes, occasionally you'll hear some noise but nothing too intolerable. No hot tub? Did you NOT notice this when you looked at the apartment

Renters BEWARE!! This place is all about money!! I moved here primarily for the amenities; the pool and gym. The gym is about the only good thing. The pool is very nice, but you can only use in summer because it's not heated and no hot tub. Also, it's mostly military guys who overtake the entire pool. You are required to wear a band to use any of the amenities and if you happen to misplace or lose it, they charge you a ridiculous fee.
The apartment staff are extremely rude and insensitive. I called because I was charged a $250 fee for apparently my dog pooping. God forbid if was dark

I wish I had read the previous review before renting here. The other reviewer had the same issues I have with the Assistant Manager and her heartless disrespect for the tenants. Her team will smile and say yes but do what she says only. Don't make a mistake and live your human life here.
