I moved into my townhouse Jan 2020 and it has since then changed management teams. It has also changed on site help as well. The new company has changed property managers with the exception of Jenny with Conam she is amazing she attempts to handled several properties all at one time. I can send an email to Jenny and usually I get an email or call the same day even though there is no one in the front office. Jenny handles things well and if I have an issue on problem I call her directly. Other than someone being available daily I really haven't had an issue. The maintenance staff is on point as

We owned a condo for 4 years at Riverview Residences.The management responded quickly each and every time we had a concern. Lots of great updates in the complex while we lived there: new roof, new front complex sign and landscaping, new paint, new gym and central office, new patio furniture, resodding of grassy areas etc…Great place for a student or family to live. Really quiet.

My husband and I moved here October of 2020 mainly because of the location with any store you could need across the street and many options for schools within a mile or 2 mile radius. We've enjoyed our actual apartment besides always hearing our upstairs neighbor walking around or constantly rearranging her furniture but thats not really a big deal to us it's apartment living sort of expect that to a certain extent. Lived here for a couple years. I was paying about $1,450/month. My lease was up in August and I was planning on renewing. They sent me a lease renewal offer on July 1st and they increased my rent by $500/month. They wanted $1,950/month so I declined. I paid July rent and my move out date was August 2nd. I had cleaned out the apartment and moved everything out two weeks early and told the office manager that everything is cleaned and moved out. Upon leaving, they are charging me a lease break fee and insufficient notice fee totaling $2,300. I am disputing the charges as the new office manager said

I moved out in April of 2021. It’s almost been 4 months and I have yet seen a refund of my security deposit. Nothing needs to explain my utter frustration and rage on how this is legally possible for the management to steal money from a undergraduate student like this. It just really sucks when life screws you over and this is a perfect example

Wanted to get more information about a 2 bedroom. The website said it was available exactly in the time frame we needed. Being at work during the week, I tried calling and calling and left messages, and didn’t get any response. Then when it’s finally my day off I went in to see in person and they said they leased them the day before. If they would’ve just answered my phone calls or returned my message, I could have gotten the place before it was rented out. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing, and I am almost glad we didn’t live here because who know what other problems this

We currently live here and have been truly disappointed. Let me preface this by saying we like our townhome unit. The layout is great and love the space that we have. But unfortunately we have had to deal with neighbors who play their music and loud bass all the time in their unit or in their car parked right outside of our unit. This occurs mostly in the middle of the night and some during the day. During the night it starts as early as 10:00 pm and will go literally all night. Or it will wake us up around 3:30-4:00 and go all through the early morning with it still playing when we leave for work

We really like our loft apartment it is nice but we experienced cockroaches in our kitchen and a few in our loft area reported but it took a while before we got exterminator to show up our request was not filled when I checked to see what was going on it showed it was completed when no one ever showed up and the lady at the front was rude talked over me when I repeated myself that we never got any pest control visit and I had to resubmit my request. We made our payments in time and have been charged $25 for no Rental insurance when we submitted copies both a hard copy and an emailed copy to them
