Bon Manger Catering was developed to be a catering business focused on bringing clients an experience that exceeds their expectations. Recipes that have grown from southern Louisiana traditions are a fusion of Creole and American styles. I created Bon Manger 6 years ago and have a lifetime of entertaining experience that began with my grandmother in Louisiana.
Working closely with you or your event representative, we will create a menu of delicious delicacies with cohesive flavors that compliment the event, complete with decor and presentation that draw in the guests. The menu options are customizable for events ranging from small gatherings, to buffet receptions, to sit down dinners with wait staff.

I Met proprietor Andrea Dillon OF BON MANGER CATERING to plan a birthday brunch. Very professional and knowledgeable of many themed event spaces. She provided food samples(unexpected) that were extremely tasty and an added surprise! I didn't come for food but she accommodated me on a cold call. Andrea is an AAA+ Plus addition to Chicago's event planning and catering aspects!
