In my personal experience, Bry at Reid consistently went above and beyond for us while we rented a home. It is not possible to avoid some bumps in the road, but every concern we brought to her attention was promptly and professionally addressed with the owner. She was always straightforward, friendly, and above all, compassionate when we had a loss in our family. Kindness goes a very long way and was much appreciated.

From our experience we feel that Reid Property Management is more concern with money than people. Some of the people are nice but unhelpful but when it comes down to it they will get every penny from you as much as possible.
Example: We haven't rented for years and unsure of any procedures to vacate, so when we called they did not return our call to ensure we were locked in for another month. We had to call back, but too late another month's rent gone! Even though they said they check their messages every hour and she admitted she got it!

This property management company works for the owners of the houses they rent and if you don't care about getting Your deposit back when you move out then your ok. They do absolutely everything to eat up your deposit and not give it back. I have always had excellent rental history (I'm now a homeowner) and received back my full deposits. I also am a property manager for a non profit organization and this was just disgusting. They charged me for a water splash on the ceiling ( which only needs to be wiped w a water rag) to nit an pick every dollar off the deposit... we even mowed the

Our community has been using Reid Property Mgmt to assist us in managing a large homeowners complex. We first received excellent service from Karl Kramer at Reid and then when he left, we have been receiving excellent service and care from Fuad Hinnawi. Fuad has shown that he genuinely cares about the success of our HOA. We have huge projects going on right now and he is helping us manage those without frustration. Highly recommend.

Stay away from renting anything managed by Reid Property Management.
My daughter paid $2000 deposit, lives alone, keeps the town home clean, she decided to move out of her town home on 1558 SETTLERS LN NW
She went through their check list and clean each item on their list, the person from Reid came in she didn't use the check list and was finding things that were are ready declared as damaged before my daughter moved in and she was very unfriendly and in my daughters face, she had already made up her mind that she was going to find $450 with of items and needed to be taken care of, she told my

Didn't really do much to manage property other than take there 10%. Final inspection report after tenant moved out was a joke. They tried to claim everything was normal "wear and tear" like broken stairs, stair railing coming off the wall, and tiles falling out of the shower floor (which they didn't even catch on the inspection). Tile issue made it necessary to replace the entire shower. I suppose if you are a renter and want to keep more of your security deposit this is the company to use. Landlords look elsewhere.

As an experienced renter (renting for the last 5 years) we have seen it all. Reid property management was professional from start to finish. They are always quick responders and are very transparent with their policies. As a military family they also have experience dealing with the uncertainties of PCS moves. I would reccomend Reid property management to anyone in the area.

This the worst place I've ever had to opportunity to work with or rent from, I was a complete wreck when I lost my home and I needed a place to move into. I came to them in good faith and trust that they would take care of me as a customer and they all pretended to be so kind and friendly to the point that she kept telling me she completely understood what I was going through! What a dump truck load crap these people are because she had me sign a document that I wasn't ready for because we hadn't even chosen a place yet, so when we did find three house that would met my criteria

The ladies at Reid Property are AMAZING! Dorinda handles our unit that we rent and she has been unbelievably helpful. She returned my phone call in less than 15 minutes and treated me like a human being, unlike past management properties I've rented from. I used Reid Property Management to keep a rental property rented and maintained. There were several instances of me being billed for damage that was caused by renters that was charged to me but not the renter, the renter received their security deposit back without paying for damage. They kept the rent on average $200 less than it should have been (i.e. $200 less than the average rent for a comparable property). They charge WAY too much for what they do and have no issue throwing the owners money around. I was charged an 'advertising fee' AND a 'marketing fee' on the same invoice. When I asked

If you are looking for a company to help manage your HOA or really anything. I highly recommend you look somewhere else. Karl Kramer has been the most unprofessional person to work with. He is speaks to home owners is a degrading and offensive manner. He is out of the office regularly if you want to speak to him expect to get the run around. If you email he will most likely have an out of office up.

Wonderful company! Angie and Dorinda have been absolutely amazing. When the first house my wife and I looked at ended up being rented before we could get our applications in, Angie and Dorinda immediately went above and beyond to get us into an even better house. They made sure we had first choice on a home that wasn't even on the rental market yet. When move in day came, the house was clean, well maintained and properly prepared for us as new tenants. OK so, I am giving two stars because I have not been egregiously wronged by this company, but their customer service needs some work, a lot of work. I will not renew my contract to have them list my property when the time comes.

I just called and asked for Ben, our 2nd property manager with this company. We moved in on 12/1/16, Heather( who no longer works there, took over 100 pictures of discrepancies when we met her at the home with new keys. Hot water to washer didn't work, sink faucet dangled, leaking. Garbage disposal leaked under sink, master tub faucet still a joke, windows will not lock, gate is rotten and handing by a twig, driveway is sinking, not to mention the ant and mouse infestation that continues.

We lived in a home ran by these guys for 17 months. We had numerous maintenance requests completely ignored, all the wood on the outside of the home is rotten. Jackie, our property manager, was often extremely rude when we called with questions too.
We are a married couple, just purchased our first home and are expecting our first child. Despite communicating with Jackie that we wanted out of our lease 1 month early as we'd found our dream home and getting our end of things done and getting the keys to her well over 7 weeks before the end of our lease they still charged us rent for the month

In my opinion, if you are in the market for a property management company you have come to the right place. I have been a renter through Reid Property Management for the last three years, and have had nothing but great experiances any time i have needed to contact them. When repairs were needed, they were quick to get a trained profesional to my residence to fix the problem properly and in a timely manner. I have no idea how this place stays in business. I truly feel sorry for the people that hire them as property managers and can see why homes are for rent for months without being rented. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails, no one is available for showings so you couldn't rent any of their properties no matter how much you wanted to. Their hours are ridiculous. Nothing is set up for people that actually want to rent one of their properties. There is no way they are going to show it when your off work. I called on a Monday morning to find out more about a specific property. Left a very friendly voicemail; name, phone number, etc. I didn't hear back, so I called the next day (keeping in mind that the rental market here is very HOT), only to get the receptionist. She said the lady that deals with the property IS there and transferred me to her. The phone rang and then went to voicemail. Needless to say - this happened for 5 more days, with me never receiving a return call.
