We are a full service property management company that manages quality single family and small multi-family residential properties in Kitsap County and believes in strong community relations. Complete Tenant Screening (including credit check; current and previous rental history; employment history; criminal history check; unlawful detainer search).
Applications are processed by a professional tenant screening company. Any false or misleading information provided by the applicant on the written application or omission of a material fact may result in a denial. Holding Fee- Once you have been notified that your application has been approved, you have twenty-four (24) hours to deliver a holding fee (usually the amount of the basic security deposit) to our office.

If they have any kind of obligation (contractual or otherwise) you will have to exert enormous effort to prove it. The value in choosing this company is very difficult to see in practical terms. Ann presents only deferrals and bizarre demands that are out of line. Her default mode seems to be antagonistic and evasive.

With the experience of traveling and renting luxury homes around the world I would rank “Action now” in the bottom tier of property management firms. The staff is pleasant but too many otherwise minor issues required escalation to management for resolution. Ann in management proved to be difficult and belligerent in all interactions we had with her. I’ve heard good things about action now from years past but the current owners have a very poor view of customer service. I don’t recommend working with them to manage your property and anyone entering into a long term lease beware.

Action Now Property Management is a terribly run housing business that honestly no one should have to deal with. They would consistently send bills late through email, (email!), whenever you need something fixed they would either get back to you late or wouldn’t get back at all. Worst of all when we moved out of one of the houses they were managing, they charged us our full security deposit plus an additional $500 to damage that can only be considered as live in damage. After notifying them that we were going to go see a lawyer, they gave us back more than half the money they owed us. We were

I cant offer a higher recommendation for this management service. Lindsay, John and team have provided excellent and thorough service throughout my two year relationship with their company. They immediately sourced a tenant, handled all the paperwork and rental activities and provided professionalism and quality in every interaction that I had with them as well as with the tenant. These folks are very detail oriented, very advisory and helpful and overall provide a great deal of customer service. Should I ever require additional help, support or service from ActionNow, I'll be first in line.

We rented a home for 2 years with Action Now Property Management. The entire staff was professional, kind, and responded to questions, comments or concerns immediately. The lease agreement and pet policies are clear, concise and reasonable. I enjoyed working with Action Now and would recommend them for any property management needs.
