IMPORTANT: Check the list of common issues and solutions below before submitting your request:. Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.

This is the best company I've worked with. They are a local company and work hard to keep integrity in all their rental homes. They aren't just some out of state company that doesn't care about our community. Pickett manages the apartment I have rented over the last 5 years. For the first year I was dealing with a terrible landlord who was very hands-off and cheap, taking no accountability. Thank goodness he sold because now I work with Pickett. Night and day different experience. The ladies I have spoken with here are always very friendly and quick to help, specifically Tierney, Elissa and Evie. If I report a problem, they handle it swiftly and politely which is very much appreciated.

Oh my goodness, Kristy has been the absolute best during every single interaction we've had! My husband and I are now renting our dream house because of her! Each time we've had a question or concern, she has responded quickly with all the information we need!
The previous house we rented, the rental company agent responsible for our home was very passive and impersonal. Could tell she hated her job and the clients. But not Kristy! Kristy is a breath of fresh air, she represents the company well is great with clients!
