I rented from Details Property Management for 3 years. They are unprofessional. Our lease stated they would come and do walk throughs every 6 months. In the 3 years we lived there we didn’t see them once. When we chose to move out, they charged us for normal wear and tear which they would have seen had they followed their obligations in the lease and conducted periodic walk throughs. In addition, I submitted a work order to have the roof and gutters repaired prior to deciding to leave which was never addressed. We waited 7 months and still never heard from them. Great Job Managing our Rental Property. I would recommend Details Property Management to anyone who has rental property. This company works hard to maintain our property to keep it in good condition and keeps us in the loop when needed. I like how they stay up to date with the ever changing rental laws in the state of Washington.

Worst company I have dealt with. They had me running around after information to complete an application just to find out it was already rented. The house was rented 2 weeks prior to me getting them the information, but they didn't disclose that the rental I'm applying for is gone, just took my money and kept leading me on. The excuse was "I should've communicated better, but once you're approved for one rental you are approved for them all". I did a bit of digging and MOCO (3rd party they use to verify applications) didn't even contact my current residents until 2 and a half weeks after I applied

Julie and Jonathan are wonderful at Details property management company!!! I am moving from out of state and asked them about a certain rental and they took extra pictures for me so that I could make sure my furniture would fit. They took the time to answer all my questions and are always extremely pleasant to talk to on the phone. I had an issue with FedEx overnight and they worked with me. They totally made me feel taken care of. It was super easy signing the lease all online and getting everything setup. They are wonderful people and a great property management company!!! I highly recommend

Details has been a reliable property manager for me for five years. I live some distance from this rental property and depend upon their quick communication on issues related to the property. One apparent area for growth is communication with outside contractors when necessary. A couple contractors that I have used for significant repairs have reported poor communication. That said, their communication with me has always been stellar, the property consistently rented and in good repair, and my overall satisfaction is quite high. I recommend them.

I am a landlord that uses Details Property Management. I am very pleased with them. One of the important things I wanted in a company, and they provide it, is a quick response to the concerns of the tenant. They have also been very prompt and efficient in doing all the things that maintain my property in the best condition for me. They will also make recommendations of improvements or potential problems I could have if something is not maintained. Payments have been prompt, choice of tenant was done carefully with all the laws followed. In summary they look out for my best interests while taking
