Bernie started her Property Management career over 35 years ago in Hawaii working for a large company called Chaney Brooks. She and her family moved to Bainbridge Island in 1996 and brought with her a tremendous amount of property management experience.
Bernie acquired Puget Sound Property Management in 1999 and not only managed residential properties on Bainbridge Island but she also managed Condo HOA's, Single Family Homes and Apartments on Bainbridge Island then later branched out managing properties throughout Kitsap County.

A: Yes, if an emergency owners may contact our after hours service. Owners may also email us or send a text through our Appfolio portal and we will get back to you asap. A: PSPM provides for electronic monthly owner rental distributions into bank account of your choice. A: Lease are available upon owners request otherwise we keep signed leases in the tenant portal.

A: No, unfortunately, we can hold a place only with an approved application and receipt of the deposit for the property. A: We do not collect last months rent therefore only deposit, pet deposit, if applicable, and first month's rent is required at move in.

Rude, impersonal. She will make up conditions to screen people, that the property owner will contradict if he likes you. Yes, that happened.
Doesn't follow up if she's not interested in you, regardless of whether or not you qualify. My denial came in an email with a blank form attachment, after days of negotiation, the email read simply "Have a nice day".

I've been a tenant at one of their managed properties- Casa Del Rey, for well over a year now. In all- my experience with both living there, and my interactions with Austin- the manager, have been nothing but extremely positive. They're extremely responsive, hands-on, and want to make sure you as a tenant are happy with your choice. Any issue I faced- they had it fixed the next day; both the management and the people they hired to deal with issues screamed attention to detail and care. I'm currently in the process of moving away due to personal reasons- but I feel lucky to have lived at a property

Heidi and her troop managed my former rental property from early 2011 to mid 2018 when i sold it. Everything worked out fine, good quality tenants were usually found very quickly with most being long term occupants. Total vacancy time was around 1.85% distributed along those years. I had 0 issues with their management services and would recommend them as a good provider to anyone in their service area.
