By far this is the WORST apartment community I’ve lived in due to the HORRIBLE organization from the TERRIBLE management here. I MYSELF was a leasing agent, and I’m now a Realtor this is ridiculous. Huge water bugs no pests control No ANYTHING, the trash is always OVERFLOWN, the Gate doesn’t work & quite frankly HASN’T been working for YEARS. They’re horrible and irky. Biggest lesson moving here was Quality over Quantity -0 stars if I could rate that. Save yourself the time will be ending my lease here early. Putting my 60 days is next year!

I have been a tenant since July 2021, this place has TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! The grounds are never kept up, garbage sits for WEEKS!! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK OUT YOUR UNIT BEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE!! They will only show you the model apartment and not the actual grounds where you will reside. You have to pay for the gym, $25.00 per month, which was not explained prior to moving in. They will not respect your privacy to your apartment and they are slow when responding to repairs. I NEVER CHECKED REVIEWS BEFORE, LESSON LEARNED! PLEASE TAKE MY WORD, for the rent paid you are being ripped off!!

Since my first day I have had issues with the management of this complex. When I first came to the property they didn’t properly tell me how to pay my rent, told me someone would assist me setting up my online portal and then charged me a late fee when they didn’t set it up. Then I was charged another late fee Bc the system they use implements a date where it turns itself off, payment doesn’t go through and I have to pay another late fee. They are doing anything they can to make extra money from you and by the way the garbage situation is an embarrassment! Stay away from the gardens of East

Applied for a unit here and was approved. $200 deposit it automatically taken out of account once approved and you have 24 hours to cancel if you’d like to receive refund. I wasn’t notified of my approval until after 24 hours. And within 24 hours of my notice I asked a question via email (because nobody answered the phone) about cancelling and receiving a refund. Never got a reply to that email. Because of that I never got my $200 deposit back for a unit I never lived in. The app and admin fee I get, keep those. Service was done for that money, but the deposit is kept because????? It took me

I had a profile from 2017 when I was looking for an apartment. I recently went and applied for another apartment the week of 9/12/21. I spoke with Jan and she stated that Trans Union was there third party company. I was given an application number. I called Trans Union and was informed that nobody had ran my credit at all because my credit was locked. I had the one bedroom apartment and it wasn’t bad, just old

Pros: pretty quiet and friendly neighbors
The apartment was massive
Office staff were friendly and responsive
They were fair in their move out charges. I had smoke damage on my walls and they didn’t rake me through the coals
Cons:
The AC will run all day and never get cool during the day
The apartment has NO ceiling light in the bedroom or the main living room. You can add, I guess but not something I was used to.

I lived here for just over 15 months. Out of 4 apartment complexes that I have lived in, this one was by far the worst. The front office staff is incredibly rude, takes 0 responsibility for any issues including a leaking roof, maintenance breaking an appliance as well as a window of my neighbor’s. Flooding is very common in these apartments.
Maintenance as mentioned before, is clumsy, is never in time, will waltz Into your apartment unannounced on multiple occasions. Has left nails on the floor for small animals/children to get hurt.

Am a current resident. The maintenance of Fitness Center and Pool is PATHETIC. AC does not work. Pool water not cleaned regularly. They mention on lease if rent is paid on time, they'll give discount on renewal. But at time of renewal, they dont give anything!! Roof has leaks n it keeps reappearing afterit rains. Looks like they just do a temp fix and spray paint on it from inside the apartment

So far so good. I have only been here a few weeks and like it a lot. My biggest issue when looking for a place was bugs. I do not like bugs and I did not see one review about bugs, this was a win win for me. Even though the building is older and covered with trees everywhere, the bugs are kept outside where they live and I can live inside without worrying about them. Now I have had a few ants, but that I can handle.

I will try to keep this as straight to the point as possible. RUN RUN RUN! I have been living here for two years and highly considered staying for a third one despite the MANY downfalls to this property. We all know the deal ; no one truly complains until its a big problem to them so here it is. Receiving a renewal for a 1 bedroom apartment here with a $200 increase post pandemic shows the care this management company has for those like me who did ALL they could to ensure rent was on time AS NORMAL the ENTIRE pandemic.
