I've lived in the Meridian for past 4 years and since Joe came on board things are great. He's made so many improvements. Maintenance is great they are quick and efficient. They are very accomidating and available, the office is located right in the building. Thanks Joe and Maintenance crew for make my living experience pleasant.

I have been trying to rent a two bedroom apartment for months now. Somebody contacted several times but suddenly stops. After the I was told there was one available. I paid for the $100 application fee then no response again. Finally a few months later I was finally able to get a appointment to see the Apt and I get there early nobody is there or answer the phone after leaving work early. Terrible customer service. I been calling the office for months nobody ever answer the phone. Poor customer service!!!

I want to take the time to express how grateful I am to have Joe and Betsy on the Meridia team! They are both so considerate and relentless when it comes to the satisfaction of tenants here at the Meridia Main Street location. Betsy possesses an innate charm and relatability that cannot be duplicated ! Joe is super efficiency, soft spoken and takes the time to genuinely listen to your concerns or general feedback. This place is honestly a joke. Someone got a genius idea - to develop an apt complex on tiny strip of land between a street w/ no parking (btw) - if street in NJ has no parking you can guess what size it is - and a train tracks. Long soulless corridors - a pure enjoyment for you moving in, since you gotta carry your stuff endless distances (not even mentioning everyday groceries), dark tiny boxes that you can name 'apartments', almost no light from tiny windows that overlook beautiful NJ path railway tracks. Stunning.

DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE OR CALL BACK. Several times I have called and to sucess. One time I have gotten an answer and a promise I would be called back... and no call backs. I was really wanting to lease here, but if I cant even get them to answer about taking money from me, I can't imagine them being responsive once I signed a lease and was stuck.

I’ve been living at Meridia Main Station for almost 5 years now. I have to say that I’ve enjoyed every moment. The management staff is amazing and the building is kept extremely clean. Great maintenance team, and the portal is very convenient to use. Looking forward to another great year. I’m really happy to call this home.

@7:48am 8/28/20 (today), we received notice there's a leak in a pipe responsible for our plumbing. We've been advised the water needed to be turned off from 8 am to Noon.
Random, threw a wrench in my plans for the day, but it's all good. The water will be back on at noon.
It's 12:38, and the water is still not on. I take daily medication that requires I be well hydrated. I also have pets, and I'm sure other residents do also.
You would think that with such a important resource, in the midst of a pandemic taking the lives of milions, we'd have water restored when promised, or at the very least an
