This place had termites, and maintenance staff told us that they had a history of termite problems. No inspections were made due to Covid, but after killing termites, it doesn't seem like management is going to have inspections made of potential damages at this point. Concessions will be made on rental rate, but have yet to be resolved.

I lived here two years ago and the experience was so bad that I still feel the need to review it. When we moved in, there was a red city ordinance on the backside of the building stating that the building was not up to code. A month later, they completely demolished one side of my bedroom to remodel, leaving the room uninhabitable. I've attached a picture of the makeshift wall that they put up,
which left me with no space to functionally use the room. They did not compensate my rent until two months later, and they did not adequately compensate me either.

Their management also severely

Staff is nice but maintenance can take a few days or weeks. They're not good at estimating the time it will take to get something done.

Overpriced, overly dusty, and understaffed. With only a creek and bike path separating this complex from a large farm, tractors in the early morning blow over enough dust to warrant a car wash every day.

This property was recently bought by FPI management who ended up not staffing the front office for a good month, then they only opened once a week when they felt like it. Say good bye to package receiving services.

Rent here is quite pricey compared to the rest of Davis. You get your own wash and dryer, cheap kitchen cabinets, a large toilet, small rooms, and thin walls. The living room is large

If you want to live with a fly infestation then this is the perfect apartment for you! From the moment I moved in there were little flies everywhere. Management sent pest control and after dozens of treatments the flies were still there. Months went by and management had no solutions. They refused to reduce my rent or let me end my lease early. The flies were so bad that I could not cook or even eat food without being attacked. I even debated on staying in a hotel for a weekend to get away from them. Management kept telling me that no other unit had flies and that the previous occupant in my unit

I share a four-room apartment with 5+ people. The walls are pretty thin, so I don't recommend sharing with a lot of people unless they are quiet. The rooms are decent in size (big enough to share) and the bathrooms are big.

The apartment comes with a refrigerator, microwave, dining lights, and lights in each room (which is a huge plus). Also, the living room is huge.

We are allowed to have parties, but we must inform the manager 48 hours in advance. The place is very strict.

Now, the lounge is locked after the manager leaves. During every holiday season or event, she decorates the place

Saw their floor plans online and called the office for more information since they didn't have measurements posted. The woman who picked up couldn't even give me an estimate of how big the bedrooms were and was exceedingly rude. She said they weren't doing tours and hung up on me mid-sentence. We haven't even looked at the place and we already know one thing: management sucks! Pass on this one
