When I first arrived to my apartment, I was shocked and disappointed to see how the previous tenant left the apartment after the delay of my move-in date. However, I was able to speak with The Spoke office and maintenance team about addressing the problem of cleaning the place. They are quick to respond to my calls with other problems I have had and do their best to get the work done ASAP.

Horrible experience with the leasing managers of The Spoke. We've lived here for two years, and expected to re-sign our lease for a third. The leasing office contacted my girlfriend months ago about resigning, and she said 'yes' and asked them to send the paperwork along. It never arrived. She spoke with them again and they assured her she would be able to resign. Then a couple a couple weeks ago, she gets a call saying we need to move out at the end of August. Apparently they leased our unit to somebody else despite our request to resign. So we've had *less than three weeks* to move out of our

Who can say? It's an old apartment complex in Davis that, like most of the others, has been used beyond it's intended longevity. It's run down but clean and very well maintained. Like everything else in Davis, you know, built in the 40's maybe the 50's, things get wornout. Or, stuff just gets replaced through and through. So it is with this place. What else to say? The staff are very nice and maintenance keeps the place moving. Students in, students out. Do repairs. Students in..... Students out. Turn 'n burn, baby.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This complex is poorly managed, cockroach infested and during the rainy season, our ceiling above our front window developed a leak, not just drops but a stream of water coming down. Also, the structure of this complex is poorly designed and the walls are paper thin. The place is very outdated. Old loud AC wall unit makes for very hot summers and expensive PG&E bill. My advice: stay away from these apartments.

Overall I am satisfied with the facilities. Upon moving in I noticed my apartment had numerous cracks and gaps along the walls and ceilings that needed to be fixed. I put in a request and those issues were all resolved promptly. I also had an issue with my smoke alarm but that was resolved promptly. The maintenance staff is great! I unfortunately … don’t have a gate on my property and I directly face the street. I think there are basic apartment upgrades to the infrastructure that can be done. Office staff is great and resolved my issues with my ceiling and walls promptly. Monthly
