If you give this place more than one star its a stretch. horrible customer service, respond to one incident and completely forget about it, the don't check the apartment after someone leaves so if you tell them what's wrong with the apartment it's your fault, they show you the demo one but the one you get is completely the opposite. if you can't see what you get don't get it.

I used to love this apartment building, but after living here for 3 years, the staff has become a nightmare. First off, they blamed my friend who also lives at the apartments for THEIR payment system rejecting his money (his bank says they never requested for the rent money in addition to the payment system telling him the payment went through and owed balance was 0) and he had to pay their late fees for their mistake. Secondly, we were told we had to get renters insurance or pay a fee with rent, I chose to get renters insurance through my family, but no matter how many times I submitted the paperwork

WORST APARTMENT I’VE EVER STAYED AT!!! Literally no perks in staying here. You get extremely basic living room furniture and have to pay to use washer and dryer that everybody else uses! By the way, the washers are extremely small making you have to spend even more money. You sign a technology letter paying for “direct tv and SpartanNet” every month, however depending on what building you stay in, it rarely works. In my case, SpartanNet never works. I’ve also had a problem with the thermostat which wasn’t working for the first 6/7 months even though my roommate and I made multiple request

The living situation is fairly convenient most of the time, with a location near stores, restaurants, and campus (not that it really matters as much nowadays, but hopefully soon it might again!).
Work requests and general inquiries are responded to promptly, and the website is intuitive to use and easy to navigate and get comfortable with. Paying the bills and asking for help when you need it is quick and simple.
Residents can be quite rowdy, even late into the night in the early AM on weekdays- I would not recommend this as a place to bring a child or expect courtesy. The situation of most people
