I've lived here for two years, and I'd say my experience has been pretty positive overall. While the units are pretty small, rent is cheaper for a college town. In addition, the workout facility and free tanning is nice. There is a pool, but it seems to be out of commission most of the time. I would be likely to recommend this place to a friend who is looking for a low rent place semi-close to campus.

I highly recommend NOT living here. I did everything I could to get out of my lease without issue. I paid the fee, I found someone to take over my apartment, everything even though Burcham woods screwed me over and showed me an apartment that looked NOTHING like the one I received. Then, after doing all of this, they billed me $750 because they… signed the person who took over my lease at a slower rate even though we discussed them taking it over at my rate. Then I noticed the bill was wrong, they were over charging me; after struggling to get them to fix it, they finally said they would

College living isn’t always easy. The DTN Burcham team made moving fun and enjoyable. The amenities are endless and the neighborhood is safe and welcoming. Like minded people surround you in your community. You’ll be surprised at the friends you make for a lifetime when living with DTN. Plus side is being able to move into any other DTN community with transferable deposit and early move in!

I live in University Villa and my roommate and I have lived here for our junior and senior years. The apartments are kinda small and we have the weird sliding doors but it works for us. We love it. Also, the maintenance staff for UV rocks and have gone out of their way to help us and we really appreciate it.

Great location at a reasonable price. I thought that when I left the dorms I would be giving up community activities and festive events. I have been pleasantly surprised by how hard the staff works to plan periodic hang outs, events, and food giveaways. The units themselves are perfect by my standards! I love having my own room, and the living area is huge. The balcony is another unexpected bonus.

My roommates and I love living at Burcham Place! The kitchens are very modern and have plenty of counter and storage space. We also appreciate the in-apartment laundry and the gym in the clubhouse nearby. The… Burcham Place staff has been great about promptly answering our maintenance requests and often provides little treats to motivate you throughout the semester. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment in a quiet area Burcham Place is the right spot for you!

I've very much enjoyed living at Burcham Place. The apartments are beautiful and have central air and in-apartment laundry. The kitchens are huge with ample storage and the closets are wonderful with full… length mirrors. It is also a quiet area and the leasing office is a two minute walk away which is very convenient. Maintenance has been quick whenever we've needed them as well.
