I have lived here for 3 years now and have not had an issue with it until this year. There is new management so maybe they are adjusting, which is why I took so long to write this review.
When we moved in early August there was a dead bird in the utility closet directly next to the kitchen. We figured this out because of the smell as there were droppings and feathers all over the floor and a dead bird in the vent. We informed management as soon as we discovered the bird and were told someone would be up to take care of it. Weeks later we pushed management again and they sent someone up that day

I’ve lived here for two years. Halfway through this years lease the key fob scanners for the doors stopped working. CV NEVER FIXED THEM. residents had to tape over the locks to keep them open all the time so we can get into the apartments we PAY RENT FOR. Obviously this is a security issue. Maintenance comes in unannounced, into your bedroom while you are sleeping. Our laundry room and bathrooms got incredibly moldy throughout the year from normal use. Gross.

We are out-of-state and finding off-campus housing for our daughter required great communication, trust in information, great access to floor plans and a listening ear for random concerns we had for safety, especially in 2020. The responsiveness, service and accuracy of information provided during our decision process gave us confidence the apartment would be in good repair, clean and safe even when we would not be close. In the year since, it's played out even better than I hoped with great maintenance response, adaptability and pivoting to address the changing needs of the pandemic. Our daughter

As a parent I can't say enough nice things about Campus Village and the staff. For the past three years, the staff was kind and helpful from moving in to moving out! Everyone was great from the wonderful folks in the office to the maintenance crew that would come in for repairs. It was a safe place to live with doors always locked and electronic keys required for access to the buildings and apartments. I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple place to live that is safe and close to campus! Not to mention they are pet friendly!
