Bradley has been very helpful with out apartment, we put in a request and he was there thirty minutes later and fixed out garbage disposal super fast he also pointed out our bulbs were dimmed and he would replace them that day we told him Monday would be fine. I always see him around UT working hard!

Pretty average apartments. Maintenance can be pretty slow at assisting you. For example one of the drawers in my kitchen broke off and it took maintenance about 4-6 weeks to replace it. Along with that there are definitely some security issues with the building. We had interactions with homeless people sleeping in the hallway about eight feet from our door on multiple occasions. The management did nothing to address this issue even though we had complained about it many many times. In conclusion I was expecting a better quality and safer apartment for the price I was paying.

Pretty nice apartments. They are very much student housing so the smells and noise can sometimes get to you but it's manageable. The location is GREAT! Adjacent to a fraternity house but proximity to campus is prime. Maintenance is pleasant and prompt, but we did have to call in often so expect making lots of maintenance requests. Two bedrooms, one is good for two people but one is really tight for two. Kitchen and counterspace is really nice! Spartan Net internet is awful, use a router. Cable is cheap and good. Bathrooms are nice with two sinks. Good storage space for the most part. You get what
