I’ve been living at the Quarters for two years now and renewed my lease for a third year! I had lived at two apartment complexes prior to the Quarters and neither of them can compare! I love the layouts that they offer, the affordable rent, and all the engagement/prizes that the office offers! By far, my favorite part of this community is the accommodation. The office staff encourage feedback and are more than willing to make your stay with them more enjoyable! The complex is clean, quiet, and an amazing apartment complex to stay with!

I’ve lived here now for over a year and a half and I genuinely like it here in comparison to other apartments in the area. here’s a small list of pros and cons:
Pros-
1. Majority of maintenance request are completed within 1-2 days max.
2. Good move in and lease deals if you actually tell them your budget. They will help you find the apartment you like and that meets your needs.
3. Office staff is very friendly and the Managers are very compromising! They helped me out a lot when I was behind on rent.
4. Semi-safe neighborhood, college parties are not too much. Do expect them but never

I absolutely LOVE the quarters. It is affordable and the apartments are in good condition. I like how the laundry room is set up because you can do a couple loads in a short amount of time. It would be nice if we were a little closer to Grand River, but for the price, all of the giveaways, and amenities the apartment complex offers, it is worth it!
