Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our accessible yoga classes will have you feeling more energized, sleeping better and help you find more balance in your life. At our studio, virtually from your home or while traveling, or at your convenience with our on-demand classes, we'll help you become healthier, more resilient and improve your quality of life.

We teach posture modifications to allow everyone, beginner to athlete, to chose the version of the pose that works best for them that day. We tailor your practice to the specific shape and structure of your body by teaching the use of props, such as yoga blocks and straps. We offer our classes in two month sessions, designed for you to feel your progress and be healthier, with a money-back guarantee after your first class.
Services
Start anytime - should you sign up after the first week of class we'll send you a pro-rated invoice. Investment $12 per class, with a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied after your first class. We make it easier for you to maintain your yoga! Should you miss a class, you can request to attend any of our other classes during the two-month session.
A traditional 35 posture series which helps you create more focus and self-awareness while increasing your strength, balance and flexibility. The series is progressive, synchronizing the breath with the movements and focusing on gaining benefits from each posture with each practice. Challenging yet accessible.
I really love how the class allows you to challenge yourself at your own pace, by offering modifications for poses to make them easier or more challenging. I've battled chronic back and neck problems for years, which in turn caused painful days and sleepless nights. After two sessions, I've never slept better.
Roxane came to the mat over fifteen years ago as a way to alleviate her chronic back and neck issues and soon became a yoga enthusiast. While yoga has allowed her to become fit, more energized and calmer, Roxane also found that yoga provided her with a greater appreciation for what life has to offer as well as the tools to better deal with life's challenges.
I've never done yoga before. Can I do this? Absolutely! We teach the basics and go from there. Simply doing the postures to the best of your abilities will give you 100% of the benefits your body needs. Am I flexible enough for yoga? Our yoga classes are for everyone! This type of yoga is very accessible to the general population, including beginners and those with limited flexibility.

I have known Roxanne for many years but only realized 2 years ago that she was teaching yoga. Whether it is at her yoga studio, or outside facing a small lake, her teaching is wonderful. She provides just the right level of feedback letting everyone go at his or her own pace.

Roxane and Rachel's classes are wonderful. I go to the yin class Wed. nights and it is exactly what I need as a mid-week stress reliever (plus I sleep so well after that class). I also just got back from their weekend retreat which was FABULOUS! I will def being doing that again! Thank you Roxane and Rachel!

I have started taking yoga class with Roxane and she is wonderful! I was searching for a class that would fit my busy schedule, provide a calming atmosphere and be close to home. I was so excited to learn that Bright Tree Yoga was in my neighborhood and after taking an initial class, I have been hooked. I truly enjoy my time with Roxane each week and feel renewed when I leave. I even brought my daughter when she was home from college and she came with me every chance she had. About two years ago, a friend asked me to go to yoga class with her...I needed to work on flexibility and balance, just for starters. Great decision!! Roxanne and Rachel accommodate us all, beginning and experienced yogis. There are always adaptions in poses for those of us with aches and issues. I’m always glad I attended class because when I leave, I leave in a better place...in mind, body, and soul. I highly recommend Bright Tree yoga!

I was looking for place with yoga for a while, but has several specific things I was looking for. I don't like hot yoga, don't want to pay a fortune, don't want to drive across the triangle, and I'm pretty inexperienced/generally out of shape. So I'm providing a tall order.

After doing some research, I found Bright Tree Yoga. They fit all the above requirements and had great reviews. I purchased a several class pack, and after just one class, I feel so good about my decision.

If you're looking for a great yoga studio, I highly recommend Bright Tree Yoga. I've been going for several years now and Roxane and Rachel are excellent teachers for all levels. They offer a variety of classes and days/times so it's easy to fit classes in to your schedule and it's a very welcoming environment with no judgement. I love how they continue to encourage us and offer modifications so anyone (of any age or fitness level) can participate.

Bright Tree Yoga is fantastic. Roxane is the best teacher. And don't be fooled into thinking it's not hard enough or challenging enough. To get the most out of yoga, positioning is crucial and Roxane has the eye to spot how you could improve your posture and the right words and voice to gently encourage you as you adjust your position. I walk out of every class feeling relaxed and much more flexible.
