Unfortunately this property has been a nightmare. I strongly advise against living at Caledon. The management team here is horrible, they are quite rude and dismissive in the office. The only good one is the assistant property manager Syd . I’ve only been here since October 22nd and I’ve had numerous issues . My apartment when I first moved in was terrible and you could clearly see that it was not clean at all , it was hair in the bathrooms all over the floors along with in the kitchen , the bathroom has rustic tiles that obliviously nobody even thought about replacing , carpet wasn’t even

Run for the hills! Not only are the apartments not worth the money, but the new management company is crooked. Unfortunately, we inherited the new management company during our time there. We only had a seven month lease. During our move out walk through, Jamal, the only decent employee there, said you couldn’t even tell we were there and it was one of the cleanest move outs he’d seen. However, now 60 days out from our walkthrough, we are struggling to receive our security deposit. They can’t keep a consistent staff so it’s been even more difficult getting assistance with this issue. We

I recently toured this apartment complex with Jamal and was very impressed with the dedication they offer to their residents to have an enjoyable experience. Being new to the area, I was extremely appreciative of Jamal’s vast knowledge and recommendations of everything in Greenville. One of the biggest takeaways I noticed was the sense of community, and how both the staff and residents care and look out for one another. I had a similar experience working with Sydney in the office as she was very welcoming and friendly!

I’ve only been here for 3 WEEKS. The state of my apartment when I moved in was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Please just move somewhere else. Anywhere else!! This place isn’t worth the constant headaches you will have. It’s the middle of the summer in our air has gone out almost 3 times. Due to a leak, my ceiling fell in within three months of living here. I was not compensated at all, and it took over a week for the ceiling to be repaired. I have since learned from the former tenant that this happened once while she was living here as well.

Do not even consider moving here. SERIOUSLY. Look literally anywhere else. This fake “Luxury Apartment” complex is under new management and this company has absolutely no clue what it is doing. The front office is pure chaos.
We’ve been here for only three weeks and have had our A/C unit stop working on us three times. They were not ready for our move-in date, as we spent the hours after we got our keys cleaning hair off our bathroom walls and toilets.
Maintenance appears to be doing all they can but management clearly isn’t committed to improving this place at all. They’re just yet
