Very quite, you get 2 parking spots, can park on street, staff is awesome and affordable. Unfortunately there is no pool or gym but the park is about 3 blocms away. I wish I moved here first when I got here in TX. If it wasn't for me moving to Florida I would continue living here. You have everything near by, gas station, Mcdonalds, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Burger King, Orlando's Pizzeria, Brookshire Brothers supermarket, Taco stands, Popeyes, subway, churches chicken, etc. I recommend this place to everyone.
