I am residing here since almost 3 years, always had an amazing service from every staff members. They keep the areas clean, always willing to help with any issues you mention. Place is very clean and taken care of, Pools (yes 2 of them!) cleaned weekly, even Around the apartment area. They have a great office area with parties organized from time to time with amazing food trucks stopping by!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Awesome Place to Live and The Best Staff !
I've been here for almost four years and have recommended/referred family and friends. The staff from the manager Theresa really put their hearts daily into making sure all of the residents are taken care of. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone !

Parkside Grand Parkway is an awesome apartment complex! If you're lucky enough to move in to Parkside Grand Parkway then you have truly found a home. The apartments themselves are beautifully laid out, and everything in them is quality. The management team is quick to respond to any problem or request, and treats all of their tenants with respect and compassion. The maintenance team is prompt (often on the same day of a request) and does quality work. The amenities are top-notch, with a well maintained gym and two beautiful pools. I have been living at Parkside for the past 3 years, and I absolutely LOVE living here! The property is always well kept, very quiet and peaceful. Any Maintenance requests I have had were either handled the same day or by the following morning at the latest. Any issues I have I always receive a response right away (even if it’s late at night Theresa literally responds around the clock) The management team are very good hearted, caring people who actually genuinely care about their tenants. We have stayed @ Parkside Grand Parkway for over an year and we have really enjoyed our stay here. The entire staff, especially Theresa (Property Manager), Laura, Michelle and maintenance are very kind and go above and beyond their way to help you with accommodation. They really make you feel like you are at HOME and it makes a big difference. Everything you possibly need is within 10-15 mins of drive from this community, including the recreational parks for kids/adults walking/jogging. Very convenient location if you have to commute to Houston downtown via Grand Parkway Metro station.

I lived here for 3 or 4 years. I loved this place and was so sad to leave. The ladies in the office are always so nice and helpful. The area is clean and safe. I just hated that dog owners weren't picking up after their pets. I had to watch my step when walking my dog. The doggy station was also convenient. They have a main pool and lap pool. I always used the lap because it had less people.

Great management and awesome staff. Very personable, flexible and will take care of all your needs. Anytime I’ve had a problem they were able to take care of it quickly and efficiently. ALL personal working there are welcoming and want to make sure you’re comfortable. I’ve lived in a one bedroom and now a two bedroom and the apartments have always been clean and up to par the day I moved in. I truly appreciate everything Parkside does.

We've lived here at Parkside since the middle of April and haven't had any issues so far. We're in the process of building a home and needed a great apartment with specific criteria while we're in between homes and Theresa went above and beyond to make it happen. She worked with me for WEEKS before we moved in, at crazy night hours to boot, to make sure she got us into the apartment we desired at a reasonable rate. We've had a few maintenance requests that have been handled in a very timely manner with super nice maintenance staff. The parking **knock on wood** has also been very adequate considering
