This apartment complex has been the home for my family for the past 2 years and all I have is nothing but good memories. Karen and Robin are the best Property Manager and Assistant manager combo!! They have gone out of the way to understand and help, given any situation. Margarito and Veronica are the best and hardworking maintenance team I have seen till now. There will not be any regrets if you plan to move here.

I honestly couldn’t wait to move out! This place has no privacy at all! If you want to live in an over-priced dorm setting this is the place for you. In order to get your packages you have to pick them up from the front desk ONLY WHEN THE OFFICE IS OPEN. Your packages are held hostage over the weekend in an unorganized room. No package hub! You will be bombarded with many emails throughout the day discussing NOTHING! It takes maintenance forever to fix anything “maintenance is always “backed up” and everything is OLD & outdated. I'm so happy I found this little gem. Though I was unable to see the apartment I would be residing in, I signed my lease online because I was that confident in the property and the staff I had been conversing with. I am approaching 6 months on the property and couldn't be happier. The staff is very welcoming. Karen, Robin and Rebecca are all so wonderful. They're happy to see you and show a genuine concern each time. The amenities are well maintained. There are groundkeepers out daily to keep the property looking fantastic. Had both the manager Karen and maintenance bang at my door over minor disagreements like they were the police knowing both me and my roommate work from home and spend our mornings making calls, this was right after I complained about the contruction work/ dust/ loose wires and loose nails all over the hallway of my apartment. In result, I requested to end my lease a month early because it was dangerous for my newborn baby and pregnant roommate but was exacty told by the manager "I walked by it, i saw it but i do not see the problem."
