Lakeside Villas At Cinco Ranch

We are currently residing this apartment. Because of no way to give negative rating I am giving just a star. Very bad maintenance responses. The management staff not even think about customer satisfaction. Our air conditioner was out from 7 days. Still not resolved. Not recommending to stay here. Very very bad services

The cosutmer service was very delightful and these apartments were everything i was looking for. I am also very pleased with the size of the dog park .

I went on a tour at lakeside villas and was very pleased with the professionalism that was presented to me. I loved everything about the area and the apartments , everyone in the office have been very helpful with the move in process

Our moving in was smooth, we were only allowed to see the place 2 days before moving in. some maintenance points needed attention and we couldn't move in on time due to that.
Also, please be mindful that in your contract you'll be fined $50 if not having an electricity provider on the time of your move-in. They did not make this clear and stated that it's your responsibility to read the contract. I trusted that the employee would fill me in on everything I needed to know and I was wrong.
I hope that this will be the only negative thing about this beautiful place, and still looking forward to

Stay far far away from this place if you want a smooth living situation. These people will tell you your place is ready to be moved into but it is still completely filthy. Then you will have to call the maintenance people multiple multiple times to come get them to fix your stuff. On top of that I have had to be without a clicker for three weeks and their only excuse to not answering my phone would be the coronavirus. Poorly conducted business and and poorly managed property.

My brother lives here and when i go visit its so nice. Its like home away from home and so tranquil. I would consider moving here as the staff is great and friendly. The apartments units are well made and high quality the lux feel is nicer than more expensive places. I would really recommend this place.

Loved living here... great property and area and neighborhood. The staff is respectful and courteous.

Went to view these apartments and the faculty is well kept, the community is nice and welcoming with smiles. The management and staff is awesome especially Marlon, he’s very attentive. The pool is beautiful and it’s actually parking everywhere for everybody.
