We just moved in and it’s been great so far! I love the location and how it is tucked away in a residential area right next to a park. The leasing staff were wonderful- they answered the phone every time I called and made it super easy to move in. So far we have loved it here! Our apartment is beautiful with lots of natural light! The only reason they have 4 stars is because they don’t have recycling.

Don't move here or if you do be aware of landscapers that this place hires, they will look in the windows, and if you have any patio furniture they will destroy it, they do not know how to use leaf blower and cause I complained about them, so now that I did they blow all the leaves and dust all over my patio, and front door, they leave there trash,water bottles,chip bags etc. I I saw one of them urinate in the bushes, the landscapers now harass me,

A year ago I was very happy to live here but since new management I cannot wait to leave. We have had many issues were management doesn't care and doent do anything to help from extreme noise complaints to matinance issues. The matinance team use to be amazing but I'm currently dealing with a severly leaking AC going on a month. The ceiling has gone soft and who knows what the carpet looks like underneath where I've missed catching water. Im pregnant and cannot be around mold but health and living condtions are not a priority to them, I guess.

Well here it is 2 years later and it is getting worse. I just extended my lease again due to the location and convenience but now second guessing myself. This is supposed to be a Luxury Apartment Complex. Dumpster are still gross, smelly and over filled :-( Blinds on windows are broken, windows have some sort of tin foil or blankets on them, and I get it some windows do get the sun all day but the apartment complex should supply something for windows. Landscapers come and go. Staff is not getting any better. I put in a service request on 7/12/2021 so over 7 weeks ago and I am still waiting and

Moved here in December. It’s a clean place, no bugs, only like 2 stray cats around, and quiet. The only thing I’m not a fan of are it’s not really a “luxury” apartment. It’s good, but it’s kinda what I’d hope to expect from an 2b 2b apartment that cost $1500 in chandler. For example things kinda break easily in the apartment and it doesn’t look expensive. But maintenance is great and comes quickly to fix it. Office is nice and they try to find ways to engage the community so that’s cool. I’ll update this when I move out, but it’s a really great apartment.

Save your headaches now, stay far away from these apartments. Biggest mistake I ever did was put my trust in the management there. They do not document anything correctly. You make a deposit or a pet deposit and they act like it never happened. As well, after living there for 5 years, it is mandatory for carpets to be removed, they decided to tell me that I would be charged for this until I said something. Pools are dirty, gym is the size of a studio bedroom. Sauna never worked, when you ask for it to be fixed; you never hear back from them. You will not get your deposit, they will find a way for

AC is out. It is 102 degrees and your maintenance is refusing to fix the unit!!! I want my rent for next month to compensate for the fact that I will have to run my fan on the ac all night just to have some air movement. Unfortunately we have no other place to go. The children are suffering. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Where to start. Like most apartments they put on a facade and are very helpful and cheerful until you sign the lease and then everything changes.
First off there are a lot of hidden fees. You are forced to pay a large monthly fee for a trash "valet" service which comes to about 25 bucks a month by itself. The dumpster is pretty close and the workers don't come often and often won't pick up the trash anyway. Wasn't told about this up front or even that this "service" existed so for most of my stay was paying 25 a month for absolutely nothing.

I did reach out to the customer "care" department who responded to me after my 4th attempt contacting them. They rudely stated it was replaced due to pet stains. I have a documented emotional support dog that I played a lot of money for and was 100% house trained and never once had an accident. I show the pictures of how we left the residence. There are absolutely no stains. For them to say that is the reason then basically reply too bad so sad pay the bill, and not provide any proof of damage. Outrageous.

The maintenance team can really make or break an apartment complex and unfortunately the maintenance team here is probably going to be the downfall. My biggest issue is the constant lying being done by maintenance and by the front office. We have had issues with our apartment upon move in and 7 months later are still dealing with them. I lived here but had horrible,selfish upstairs neighbors who caused a lot of intentional noise. They were the reason we moved out. Complete mental cases.
If you live here, and happen see a sweet looking, brown tabby cat without a tail, he's a homeless kitty. He needs help. I tried to get him into a rescue while I lived here, but it never worked out. Cats that get left behind by stupid owners, or are lost, need human kindness and assistance.They're pets and unable to really fend for themselves,especially in the heat.
I moved out before I could help the cat, but I'm hoping a rescue

I overall am pleased with the Management and maintainance crew. They are very responsive and friendly. We were all forced to accept and pay for a concierge service of trash pick up instead of taking out our own for free. Lastly, if you don't move your vehicle every 48 hours you risk getting a ticket. This goes against being able to take vacations or to retire. I agree vehicles must remain running anc with current registration. Aside from the 2 negatives i recommend SanTierra and feel safe here.

There are very few things that prevent me from giving this community five stars. The staff is fantastic. The maintenance is quick and easy. The amenities are many. I would only recommend an upstairs unit, because the walls and floors are quite thin. I have heard my upstairs neighbor snore on the regular. Overall, a good value, and I'm going to miss those beautiful bath tubs!

Terrible! I signed a lease and waited 3 months for the apartment I wanted to be ready for me to move from IL and half way across the country to-- when I got here they told me they made a error and only had a gold package, lowest grade apartment available which is not what the claimed to have available for me that I had been waiting for. Advised that even though I had waited so long for the highest grade apartment to be available I'd have to wait another 6 months and there was nothing they could do for me. I drives 24hrs from IL to move in just to get here and find out I'd actually be

The floor plan is nice and has a home feal to it. Staff is great. I made work request to Philip in passing through the complex and thought for sure I would have to go into office and make a written request, but to my surprise Philip had put the request in and the repairs were addressed and fixed.
