I had very high expectations of high tea at the Windsor Court after reading all the reviews and given the popularity of the establishment and the standards they uphold. Had to call to make a reservation because they were booked all the way through February on OpenTable. However, my entire experience left something more to be desired. First off the first tray of food we received ended up having a dead fruit fly sitting in the Salmon Lox sandwich and there were other flies swarming around. The amount of food they bring out is very stingy and the only thing that is worth praising were the scones.

I have attached some photos from the view of our room. I did not get any photos of the Christmas tree or the other great decorations in the lobby but I promise they were fantastic. All of the staff was super nice and very accommodating. Had room service several times and each time was fast and food was good. Visited the hospitality suite and the staff was beyond nice and helpful! Room was nice and clean with a fantastic view see the photos! Location is great because the French Quarter has really gone down hill the past few years it is nice to not be in the middle of that area. Plenty of great places

The bar is amazing and they have fantastic food and drinks as well. Location is convenient to everything you'll want to do- and the valet will take care of your car if you bring one. Enjoy!

We had a fantastic holiday staycation at Windsor Court. This is my first experience with Club Level access, and I am still on Cloud 9. The entire hotel is quintessential luxury with contemporary comforts. I stayed with my friend for a business trip and was blown away with this place. Right away the staff was attentive and polite parking and getting our bags. The suite we stayed in was so nice we joked we didn’t want to leave! Breakfast & dinner were delicious and we enjoyed a night in the bar listening to a jazz band and people watching. Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful. This hotel made my first trip to New Orleans extra special and I’ll never forget. Thank you!

Room was extremely clean and large. Service was outstanding. Paid for access to the club lounge and the service there was excellent every day of our stay. We had breakfast there every day, oatmeal and fresh fruit was good. Afternoon tea with sweets at lounge was also good. However, the evening small bites were my favorite.

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while being displaced by hurricane Ida by my generous employer lcmchealth. This hotel was amazingly awesome and so incredibly beautiful. We were in complete awe! Our rooms were beautiful and the entire hotel was so impeccable. I can't wait to stay here once this is all over as a romantic getaway. My daughter took me there for the Probation Tea and it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was 5 star. Enjoy the pianist who played during tea. Looking forward to next year so we can plan to dress in that era.

Hotel is nice, rooms are large and comfortable. the room rate was decent. however, room service food are poor (food is so good in new-orleans!), they charge 22% service, and pool bar and parking are outrageous($50 parking per day, and you pay the price of a bottle at the local Rouses for a single glass+tax+tip). the room was also noisy with a lot of traffic on magazine street, truck deliveries (starting at 6am), etc. the concierge was super useful (and nice) in finding great dinning opportunities for us.

Awesome hotel to stay at! Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. My wife and I stayed here for two nights. Ate at the Polo Bar and Grill on the 2nd floor the first night. The food was outstanding! My wife had the Shepard's pie and I had the short rib grilled cheese sandwich.. Very tasty and filling. Great location, close to everything in New Orleans.. Very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend to friends and family..

We stayed the second weekend of July and everything was perfect. From check in to check out. This was a family trip and I was a little nervous about having my young daughters with us; but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We were overnight guests for two nights. The hotel has sort of a hidden driveway that gives it a slightly private feel despite being in the smack center of the action.
There's full valet service upon arrival that will carry bags from vehicle up to your room. At the front desk, the staff are able to perform miracles like return our rented tuxedos for us on Monday even though we flew out Sunday afternoon.
We had complimentary breakfast each morning on our floor, which we thought was a nice gesture though the food itself was not particularly

The Windsor Court just took top spot in my favorite hotel list. There is nothing I did not like about this hotel. One of my favorite things about the hotel is how quiet it is for being in a very loud, crazy city. It oozes relaxation from the moment you pull into the drive way.
Our room was on the 10th floor and I never heard street noise nor any noise within the halls of the hotel. The rooms make you feel like you stepped back in time but looks brand new. I had the pleasure of partaking in a high tea. Can I just say, that my experience overall was just simply amazing from start to finish.
I had the Jardin Bleu tea as recommended by our server. It was the best tea that I've ever tasted in my life!
The mini sandwiches were all delicious, from cucumber to curry chicken.
The scones and lemon curd rocked my world.
And . . . the pastries, unforgettable!
