My wife and I have always had poor service here and communication with the company has always been difficult. In the past the management was just incapable and didn’t deal with things in a timely manner. Recently, it took a turn for the worse. We had some complaints about our new manager and how she dealt with a maintenance order. She fired back by making up some stuff and alleging we violated our lease. When we asked her why she would lie and told her we would talk to her supervisors she tried to call the police on us. Luckily the police noted that she made stuff up and we didn’t do anything

So far been living here for 2 months.
No complaints, our apartment is very nice.
Newly renovated and neighbors are fairly friendly and location is great.
Pros: close to everything
Cons: Parking
(Something to note is a lot of Beaverton properties will have a issue with parking)
Not a deal breaker for me.

BEWARE... horribly managed apartments, I signed a year lease and the amenities were inaccessible the ENTIRE time due to “renovations” the parking is terrible maybe 7 guest spots? They’ll tell you the THPRD field next door is open for parking but fail to mention its closed all fall and winter.. I’ve called multiple times for maintenance and it takes a month to get a call back from the office, unless you go directly through the maintenance help yourself, the WORST apartments I have lived in, cherry on top, when I was nearing the end of my lease and planned on going month to month like I had

Overall horrific experience. Our new manager claimed to have 28 years experience in the field yet when she placed a false violation letter on our door and we went to inquire about it during office hours she suddenly told us that she would not help us, closed the door on me and falsely called the police on us saying she was scared and we were harassing her and she felt uncomfortable. The officer came out, found her claims to be false, and that we had done nothing wrong. Then she began spreading rumors about us to other residents who had not solicited any information. I could go on but I am not sure

EDIT: I called again today and was actually able to speak with someone. They said there was confusion due to new employees. It took a while for them to grasp my situation but they agreed to cancel anything they currently had in their system for me. I am not sure if this includes a refund of the application fee, but as long as I'm not on the hook for lease I did not sign I will try my best to forget about this unfortunate experience.
I will revise my rating once I have confirmation this is all sorted out.

First of all, if you see Rosanna Butler, run away! She is as cold as it gets, absolutely no compassion. Very unprofessional. Pretends she knows apartment laws, when in reality breaks them when convenient. (Balance due at the move out has to be send out in 2 ways, and right away, not just via mail then say Ohh i`m sorry I guess it was lost...)
The whole time staying there was wonderful. Beautiful view, clean and open balcony, enough storage space, and garage was included. Dug or Dag, as a previous leasing officer was always nice and helpful, but then he was transferred, and this new lady - temp

Management in chaos. I lived here 6month, and I had to live with unorganized ledger account for a half of this period due to incapble staff. It almost seemed like trying to charge me more.
I had to do all the calculations and go to office to present, explain and persuade them that I paid the right amount each month. And I always had the anxious feeling even after I paid everything in time.
I moved out a couple weeks ago, asked them for a list of itemized charges on cleaning apartment, and I still haven't got anything although I talked to three different office staff so far. I am done with this
