Roaches, a lot of roaches. In the walls, in the cabinets, in the dishwasher, in the vents, in the bathroom, in the bedroom, everywhere. Don’t move here. From a resident who’s been stuck here since the before the pandemic, there are far better locations to move. The foundations on the building I live are sinking due to this lake that forms outside every time it rains or their absolutely beautiful new swimming pool over flows. Is that why my water bill from them is so high, for a single person apartment? Or is because the drainage gets clogged up with all the nice new rock landscaping, debris

CAN I PLEASE BE ROACH FREE ONE TIME.. ..WHY AM I PAYING FOR PEST CONTROL WHEN THE THINGS THEY USE DONT WORK AT ALL!!! THE OFFICE IS NO HELP WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL BECAUSE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE RENT MONEY. CAN YOU PLEASE HIRE SOME PEOPLE THAT ARENT HERE JUST TO COLLECT A CHECK BUT PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!!!

So this is a very nice community. I have never had issues with the staff but its hard to get them to respond to everything. I had sent a request to check out a 2 bedroom 2 months ago and have not heard back. I understand COVID is here but I have been here almost 2 years and have l have only been able to use the amenities twice. All the appointments available on Calendly was while I was at work so I could never use the pool. but I do think that this is a decent place to move. I had not had any bug issues until 2 months ago and now I see a roach or 2 a couple times a week and I hate it. I don't do

This place is truly "roach infested" I have to kill several roaches every single day and the problem seems to not go away even with weekly pest control guys coming in.
I have lived in 4 apartment complexes in Austin where people claimed them to be "infested", but they do not compare to this place, I cannot deal with them even with roach gel, raid max barrier, keeping the place spotless constantly, and with weekly sprays from the pest control company I pay for. I cannot think of any positives because the first thing I think of after waking up and before bed is cockroaches.

Hangs up on customer faces, OVERALL horrible apartments! Don’t comment under my post neither “MANAGEMENT “ because y’all do not care about y’all residents nor apartments only there for there checks!
Escalating this situation higher up.

Short story: Over all if your an amenities type person this isn't for you. If you need some place to live and affordable, don't care to much about anything guess this can be for you.
My story:
Lived in hunt club 2018-2020. Third floor. 1 bedroom and a "office" apartment. Carpet rooms, "wood" floors. Fire place. Really nice at first look!
This was a last min move in for me because i wanted a particular school for my child.
My move in was smooth actually caught a move in deal with them. Never had issue with the office personnel myself. People seem to mind their business

Was a loyal tenant here for two solid years. Paid rent on time (every month), no damages to my apartment. Yet they want to charge me unnecessary move out fees of over $500 so they can resurface counter tops that I kept in perfect condition. Why be greedy? Do you not make enough money as it is. Also charged me $75 for trash and water as I moved out, yet I didn't pay but $10-17 a month. I'm very disappointed because I was a loyal tenant and I enjoyed where I stayed but you guys wanted to be greedy.

Absolute worst place I have ever lived. The office staff are incredibly rude, unprofessional and not helpful in the slightest. Recently a notice was left on my door stating that their records show my unit is renting a washer/dryer and they will need to enter my apartment to retrieve the serial numbers. I do not and have never rented a washer/dryer through the complex, it is not reflected in my rent or on my lease and I have my own w/d that I purchased. I called them to let them know they were mistaken, the person I spoke to stated that since their records with the rental company show the unit is

Beware!! I moved into Hunt Club because of the affordable price for a 2 bed 2 bath. Although it is small, it was a big enough space for just my son and I. Since then I have gotten married and need more space for a family of 3. I can't imagine how people with multiple children can live comfortably in such small living quarters!
In the year and a half I lived here there has been several issues with loud neighbors either blasting music in the apartments at late hours or people at the pool doing the same. The community is terrible. Unsupervised children running about, cussing and bullying other

I recently moved out in April and I have to say our experience here was pretty good . We had a couple of noisy neighbors and there was always kids running around unsupervised in the parking lot or throwing rocks at doors. The towing company is a scam and it's ridiculous. Within the first 2 weeks of living here both my husband and I got towed and then my husbands motorcycle got towed yet again bc someone took the resident sticker off of his bike. We were able to work something out with the towing company but the couple times we had to pay $280 and drive out to Georgetown was too much.

Do not rent from here! The apartments are in poor quality on the inside and falling apart. If something is broken they will not fix it. Cars get towed for not having a parking sticker when there are so many spaces open. Not enough visitor parking. Not a nice pool. Overall really ugly and poor quality apartment complex. Also cars get broken into here and they do nothing about it!

I don't leave reviews BUT I would just like to let y'all know what to expect when dealing with these unprofessional apartments, since corporate doesn't want to hear me out...
I let them know I wouldnt be renewing my lease. So in August, the incompetent Maya sent me an email with my last months prorated rent of $300. So I set my upcoming budgets, because moving is expensive, then flash forward to October 1st .....
I go to the online portal to pay my last months rent and to my surprise it says $900. Confused, I call Maya and ask her what amount I needed to pay. This lady tells me

I'm really excited about my move in next week. I have friends that have loved there and they love it. The staff was really cool too, it's not a lot of loud noise or traffic and loud music. All the neighbors so far seem friendly, and most importantly the grounds are always kept nice and clean. Plus there are so many things to do around there for the kids!

Unsafe environment. Certainly some fine people live here, but enough scary population to avoid the place. Frequent thefts, robberies in spite of the roving "security" who seem to mostly be policing who parks where. Management does not respond to maintenance issues like leaks or failing A/C which ends up costing the resident. Ignores problems such as noisy neighbors partying, shouting, and fighting in the middle of the night even when they occur nightly or even break-ins to change locks. Read the lease carefully so you know what they expect, but don't expect them to care about

This place is turning ghetto really fast! The cops are out here daily. There are thugs sitting around in cars for hours at a time. If you move here, I hope you like loud rap music all hours of the day and night. Kids are everywhere running with sticks, cursing, and throwing rocks (even at cars). The parking is AWFUL. One apartment that I know of has 5 vehicles, but only 3 people live there. People let their dogs bark on the patio for hours at a time. This place is hell.
When you move out, they will stick you with tons of absurd charges! They're charging me over $1300 for BASEBOARDS

Man, there are some ill-informed primadonnas making comments here. I guess no one ever told them that they should actually read a contract before signing it and that taking some personal accountability for their inability to understand the terms of their lease means that they are making life harder on themselves.
Hunt Club is an affordable apartment community built in the 80's that is very solid, if dated. The apartments themselves are darn-near sound-proof, which is great. The dog park is big and has agility equipment. There is a basketball court and two pools. The staff is responsive

The surrounding area is very nice, lots of shopping, schools and parks! We have appreciated the staff being nice and helpful, esp. the manager (no package issues) and maintenance have responded no later then the next day to all problems big or small! The neg. things would agree with some of the other reviews about trash on the grounds lately, was not like that before and more noise(younger tenants running up and down the stairs late) from the new neighbors but my dtr. has lived in several diff. DISGUSTING. My husband and I went here for a tour to look for a new apartment home in the Round Rock area. The website made it look like paradise on earth. However, the visit was horrifying. First of all, the young woman who showed us the property was seemingly uninterested in her job and acted snobby. We began our tour of the grounds. OH GOODNESS. There was literally beer cans and trash (including a bag of cheetos) floating in the "resort style pool area." THEN we noticed the mail box area was also strewn with garbage AND one of the doors to a p.o box was broken and so anyone could have

My lease is expiring at the end of this month. I rented at the Hunt Club Apartments for 19 months so I figured I'd offer some feedback to those considering renting here. So often people only fill these things out when they have a negative experience, which flips the scales incorrectly. This is my experience, and my opinion only.
Pros: The staff up front was really responsive, especially, Lisa. I had a few different issues and she took care of them and helped out as over and beyond what I expected and was extremely responsive. In addition to Lisa, the other property manager (never got his name

First, we looked at model and apartment we got nothing not even close to model. There is a insect problem and u have to request pest control, other apartments do pest control every 3-6 month for all tenants. Parking is always full so ok..we bought parking spaces that we pay for monthly and still have no place to park..tell people in office and they don't in force the paid parking rule...people will just park in your spot that you

Staff is amazing, they are very helpful and fast paced, I was looking for an apartment with immediate move in and they made it all a breeze, the apartment itself is the biggest I have had yet and it's well worth the price, my only problem is, I don't understand how the water bill is generated, I've been paying a pretty penny for water when I hardly use it.
