I just moved in yesterday. After promised a clean apartment with fresh paint. It's filthy. There is water damage in kitchen, it smells terribly and the window's are broken the front door doesn't work. Dust everywhere.They didn't paint. Now everything I have is there and they are not helping. I came here trusting that you they do what is expected. We can't even unpack the kitchen because it's so disgusting. It smells horrible. So now I have to spend hours on the phone with an attorney.

Interesting place. NO deadbolt on front door and I showed management how I could open the door in less than 10 seconds with CC. She accused me of damaging the door doing that!?!?! Then called back and said I could add a deadbolt but that I would have to pay for it.
I jokingly said that I would just weld it shut and she snarked, "we ask that you do not do repairs..."
What a joke!
Oh, by the way: I have a F250 Super Duty. Too tall to fit into the garage so if you have a truck of that size, you're parking outside and because these units have garages ... there is limited outside parking without

Very nice condos. I am not a tenant, but stop there to deliver packages to tenants for UPS daily. I cannot speak for inside of residence, other than main lobby & office person. Leasing office employee is always kind, helpful, & professional. Very large, spacious, nice, clean, & comfortable looking furniture & tables set up with fire place inside main lobby area. Security lockers for all packages delivered to tenants, as well as security entrance locked when office persons are not working. Seems to be a clean & very secure place to live. I am not knowledgeable of pricing or anything other than personal

Property is poorly managed. Communication is terrible. Management in the leasing office gave misleading information when discussing lease terms and will charge you additional month rent after you vacate. Our move in was delayed because the office did communicate with each other about our move in plans. They started cleaning the place the day of our move in, which delayed our movers because carpet was extremely wet. We had to follow up on service calls several times because they did not respond timely. This place is way overpriced for the service and quality of conditions in their apartments.

The townhouses are beautiful and spacious. The staff is great. Very helpful and polite. The maintenance is always timely and they go above and beyond. The pool is amazing during the summer and so much outdoor room to walk your dog and play with the kiddos. Our neighbors were fantastic. Our townhouse we lived in was the Maria floor plan. It is a great floor plan since you are not above or below any other residents. Great place to live! Always clean and beautiful!

We recently moved out of Mansions at Hemingway and truly enjoyed our year there. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and maintenance requests are handled in a very timely manner. The offer great amenities to their residents and try to make it feel like a community. The location is great, we loved being in a quieter spot that is still near to all of the necessities. They may need to update the physical appearance of the units within the next few years to stay trendy, but we always appreciated living in a well-kept unit and neighborhood.
