Residents can call the maintenance phone number, the office or put in a request through the resident portal. Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence. Yes, hanging pictures and other decorations is encouraged! If you would like to paint your apartment you will need to check with the Property Manager first.

I’m so grateful to the Reserve at Destination pointe staffs . Thank you guys so much for the immense help towards my baby boy.I’m not even part of the tenants yet and my family and I are experiencing the love already. I personally love this place. Area is always clean. GREAT price for the amount of room you get and being in the Grimes Area. If you ever have any maintenance issues they guys are always on it and fix the problem. The staff here always go above and beyond they are very sweet and caring. Best place I’ve ever lived.

To say this place is amazing is an understatement! Been living here for over a year now and think ive got the best apartment of the bunch! How can you not enjoy a beautiful sunset! Would recommend this community to anyone! 0 complaints and am excited to continue my stay! Really feels like home here!

SAVE THE TROUBLE OF LIVING HERE!!!!!!!!! Run very poorly, 4 different Manager in the Year! PS the units are very cheaply built, can read notes on drywall for the Painter???? Did they Paint?????? I was told by the Manager that is the way they are built Cheep Cheep in his words. Find somewhere else to live!!!

These apartments are by far the best apartments I have lived in, and we have been here for five months now. The ladies at the front desk are always kind and happy to help. We can't hear any of our neighbors from our apartment, and the apartment itself has had little to no maintenance issues. The one time we did request maintenance, they were there the same day and fixed the issue promptly. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who asked.

After showing interest in these apartments, i gave all the information requested for a new applicant. Including a previous Landlord reference request. The management of this complex denied my application solely based on my credit history, even though they had proof of employment, and a strong previous landlord recommendation. Keep in mind the apartment i am seeking to move from is about $50 more monthly, and has a whole other bedroom. Good luck submitting an application to this property management. They won't even get your first name right in an email!
