Pre-registration online is required. The studio opens 15 minutes prior to class and closes 2 minutes prior to when class begins. Classes with no registrants one hour prior (or by 9 PM for early AM classes) may be cancelled & will be updated on the MindBody Online schedule. All levels are welcome to this class where we pair breath with movement in creative yoga sequences.

Check the schedule for Hot or Warm classes. Slow down in this reflective flow that draws purposeful attention to your breath & movement while intensifying your practice. Build flexibility & strength using body bars, free weights, body weight and resistance work. This full body work out will challenge not only your body but your mind.

This studio had been my heart and soul as well as, fitness partner since 2014. It's seen me through weight gain and inner peace in stressful times. The studio is well kept and clean. It has several restroom and even shower facilities available. Infection Control practices are in place with sanitizing spray and wipes for any accoutrements utilized. SO many options are available to fit whatever your practice prefers: slow yoga, intense cardio yoga, Barre, TRX, cycle, heat or room temp classes, Pilates and more! The instructors are all amazing greeting you with smiles and continued encouragement throughout

I fell in love with Hot Yoga about 10 years ago and have been coming ever since. I love this place. The staff and owner Trisha, are so welcoming and really care about their clients health and well-being .
