Our balanced approach to fitness conditioning allow our athletes to enhance quality in all areas of life. Through the T.E.A.M. training workouts, we are able to deliver a safe but more effective fitness experience in three days a week. We are not here to collect membership fees, we are here to make a difference.

That's why we cap memberships and reward achievement. It's also why our athletes are expected to remain active in the program in order to hold a team membership. We believe an active lifestyle increases the capacity to perform better on both a personal and professional level. At Krave, our goal is to inspire each and every athlete to challenge their limits and unlock their true potential both in fitness and in life.
Services
The core feature of our program is the coach-led functional training circuit with a team-like feel. There is no better way to get in shape. We love our workout and so will you. We work extremely hard to create an open and inviting experience. Our coaches are here to guide you every step of the way and our members make this the best fitness experience you can find.
I was used to working out on my own, but the team workouts at Krave really made a difference keeping me motivated. Awesome coaches, awesome facility, and awesome experience, I highly recommend. I absolutely love how unique this gym is and I love the coaches (I know everyone says that). Every member matters at Krave Gym, and that is why we track achievement.

I was in town for the day and dropped in for a workout and was blown away by the quality of the gym/equipment and how friendly the owner was. I’ll be back. Highly recommended

I cannot express or share enough love about this gym. My fiance and I were in dire need of a gym.. We'd get in multiple arguments of what we were going to do when we did workout and we would spend most of our time coming up with a routine...we needed help.. So we went gym shopping and Krave was the first on the list. We walk in on our first trial night, out of shape like no other. I have group anxiety, especially in a workout atmosphere!! (I almost turned to go back home because I saw how in shape everyone was) but when we went in there, we were greeted with nothing short of happiness, smiles,

Love working out here! When I started I had no idea what I was doing but during the team trainings the coaches are awesome at giving individual help to make sure you’re doing each exercise correctly. The nutritional help is top notch and makes it super easy for any one to lose weight and actually keep it off.

Love this place. My wife has been a member for a number of years. She took me along to a ‘try the gym’ day. I signed up the next day. It added a much needed dimension to my triathlon training program. The coaches are awesome. Their focus on form over reps is very welcomed. I wholeheartedly recommend

Krave Gym has THE BEST coaches and the most encouraging environment of a gym that I’ve ever been a member of! I have never been pushed past my limits as much as I have here...in a good way of course! If you need help with your form, it’s pointed out and not just let go like other gyms. I highly recommend becoming an athlete at Krave gym!

I love this gym. 3 killer workouts each week that combine strength, endurance, agility, and striking. Workouts are segmented by leg day, upper body, and total body. I've never felt better as an athlete! The staff is a great group of people that will push you and help you achieve your goals!

I have been in and around different types gyms from before I was a freshman in high school. The majority have been a large space with an assortment of free weights and machines. These gyms were fine for what they were. However, Krave Gym is NOT one of those gyms. Krave was designed to build a culture around their gym so that it wasn't just a place to lift weights but a place to meet friends and improve together. If your desire is to lift weights on your own or with a friend then leave, you can. If your desire is to get back into shape or simply lose a few pounds, their coaches have an incredible

Methodically planned workouts. Avoids plateaus. Friendly atmosphere. Greatest coaches in town. Head Coach Zach is professional, knowledgeable and motivating. The owners, Amber and Tyler give back to the community and are open and welcoming.

My gym workouts need to leave me feeling like I have been pushed and that's exactly what I get at Krave! Each coached session is an hour long and a total body workout. You will use cardio machines such as rowers or a Curve treadmill, use the power blocks (weights), and racks. The workout also includes striking and agility. I really work up a sweat after each time I go! Staff makes sure you are using correct form and makes an effort to get to know and encourage you. Small enough that it is also easy to get to know other clients. To mix things up, every two months, the focus of the workout changes

For the classes you register online and this helps me to get to the gym, my hardest part. I'm not an athlete but classmates and the coach encourage you to give it your all. It can be a little loud in there at times with the music and multiple classes going on at once. They also have fit test to show progress. They have events for charity or fun days like ugly sweater day during christmas. They are always changing things up in the classes. I like all the coaches, and they will help you work out if you have issues with knees, etc.

I've have belonged to several gyms in several states, and this is hands down my favorite! The trainers are positive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, and their circuit program has worked better for me than any combination of diet and exercise I've triend in the past. Not to mention, Krave attracts the most upbeat and encouraging members! I am proud to be a Krave athlete, and look forward to being a part of this community for many years to come!
