TERRIBLE Managment! DO NOT APPLY! They never answer the phone, they are so nice to you when you come apply, after they just ghost you, being told it will take 3 days to find out application status, it’s being over 10 days! The guy who showed me apartment doesn’t even work in the property, I had to constantly contact myself multiple times a day, to the question why it takes that long they said they are waiting to get response from my apartment, I had to contact my current leasing office to reach out to them, I was doing their job for them, yet pains 350$ application fee! they just send an email

1. Management has changed at least once to my knowledge since living on the property without prior notice. All of the staff who worked with me upon signing my lease have since left the property. The previous manager had a very authoritative attitude and the current manager doesn't nearly care as much when it comes to servicing tenants.
2. Expect to hear noise during the night, whether your apartment is facing West Bellfort or nearer to 610. The noises from the freeway or the trains

I visited a friend and my truck was towed. Real nice way to treat your tenant's guests. Pretty sure there is a scam going on here between management, wrecker service, & impound lot. $240 later I have my truck and late to work. Extremely shady! I hope the tenants here do something about this as I highly doubt this is above board. How does my vehicle get towed when there are many open spots up and down the same parking row?!?!?!

I have been living here for about 7 months. I absolutely love it here, it is calm, people are friendly and the staff also. The Apartments itself is very nice, great floors, amazing kitchen, nothing to complain about.
However... two things I would like to add, when I moved in I received a packet which stated that only small dogs are allowed in the apartments, walking around and living here for 7 months I have seen several people with really big dogs, including Pit bulls which aren't allowed, German Shepherds etc... I don't care, each owner can have what pet they want, but if they can

Very sorry apartment complex as they don’t care about their residents at all. It takes days for workers to arrive and the front office changed management multiple times since I been here. The trash cans are disgusting and so are the air vents. Most of them have mold and the stairs have spiders and wasp all over. The front office doesn’t act on situations as quick as they should!!!

Terrible apartment complex. Very old, moldy, hardly any parking and always piled up on trash. Spoke of these instances to the front office with some anger and distress as rent here isn’t cheap neither, but nothing was resolved as they asked me to leave with a smile on their faces. It takes days and days for the workers to act on your situation despite getting with the front office. The stairwells are filled with all types of insects as well so be careful at night.

As a future resident I stopped here because it caught my attention; bit when my friend and I went inside one of the leasing agent (OSCAR MENDOZA) was just being dry, was not really communicating with us, gave us a tour and did not walk us through it nor did not explain what was inside the apt complex, instead he thought the most professional way to work is by just leaning on the counter toP & JUST BEING ON HIS PHONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA. After that my friend and I chose this place as a NEGATIVE In out apt housing list. Good Luck everyone

1. The apartment is made in 1993 and is filled with mold in its AC vents and every corner of its walls, due to a lack of deep maintenance. you get your worst allergy reactions showing up here.
2. The swimming pool during summer is a disaster. Everyone in other places comes and goes easily with no security. The water stinks and is blurry all the time from the dirt.
3. The mailbox is broken for over 6 months and I had many of my mails lost. I told the management, they just said we fixed it and it breaks again. But, look at the image attached and how they fixed.

Been living here for about 5 months, I am moving to another Apartment closer to work. But for the time I have lived here I have no negative reviews whatsoever about the apartment or the neighbors.
The neighbors are extremely friendly, I haven’t heard loud music, loud footsteps or any shouting whatsoever.
The apartment is state of the art, great floors and kitchen, bedrooms are big, bathroom is perfect size for my family of 3. I did place a fix order and it was fixed the very same day, and they didn’t take long.
The only negative part of this review would be the security around the parking

2 stars because I lived here 3 years and the first apartment that we got was the single bedroom and was great but when the next 2 years rolled around that whole experience was just terrible. The a.c never cooled the place down, the vents were dirty as can be from the day we moved in, the washer and dryer were constantly breaking they were so old, cars were broken into, tires were getting slashed, if it rains you're for sure going to get flooded. I paid my $1300 rent here every month and after the first year here I had regretted it paying so much every month. It's not worth 12-1300 dollars a month

DONT MOVE HERE!!! Maintenance and The Front Office are HORRENDOUS. Their is random screeching coming form an AC unit that hasn't been fixed in months. Our water is always freezing cold and when we try to get it fixed we're met with the worst attitude and are often times straight up ignored (yeah this has happened too many times to count). I used to be homeless before I lived here and would honestly rather be there than dealing with the crapshoot that is this apartment complex.

This apartment staff by far has been the best I have encountered. The moment I walked in the door I didn't know what to expect because other places just want to tour you and get on to the next one, but not here the agent took their time to explain what the apartment is equipped with, and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The apartments look really amazing and festive. If you wanna feel you matter when your looking for a new place I recommend coming here.

I've been here for a week so this review is based on my initial experience. The unit is great. Issues noted at move in were handled the next day. The leasing staff is top notch. Mariana made the move in experience super easy and left a great first impression. It's a good price for what you get out of it and so far I'd recommend to others.

The most accurate way to describe dealing with the leasing staff and management team would be like delving into the pits of hell and being pulled out by your teeth.
To say their staff is incompetent would be a compliment. My car was towed because the property had conflicting signage posted across the back fences indicating it was visitor parking when actuality the property changed their parking policy and just decided not to remove the signs.

This is the state of the apartment Meyer Forest put my family and myself in after Hurricane Harvey. The morning of move in we were handed the keys after sitting on the property for over 2hrs for Tevin(Cooperate employee) he showed up handed us the keys and left. Keep in mind this is over a month after the flood.
I've gone back and forth with posting this review but after I recently received a hit to my credit stating that I was bill over $300 for oven cleaning and a broken window blind not even a window glass but a plank from the blind !!!! It had to be done.

This place has been an awful experience. I moved in on June of this year. Like some comments say everybody in the office is nice and professional until YOU MOVE IN. The conditions of the apartment when we moved in were terrible, it was not clean at all (pet hair in the carpet, the sink and the shower so gross) and a lot of details (the sink leaks, mirrors damaged, cracks in walls, rusty a/c vents, cabinets in restroom damaged and the list goes on). Be side all of that there has been some security issues/vandalism (car window broken, my car got the 4 tire puncture). The manager Wiliam is so rude

If you are really big on parking, do not move here. There is absolutely no parking. I work at night so literally I have to park 5 buildings away from my building every night. Also I ask the security multiple times to follow me to my apartment building at night because the walk is far and I don't be comfortable; he ignored me and kept talking to somebody on the phone. Paying 1000 a month for a 690 square foot apartment with no parking is not worth it. My car was towed and the complex didn't help at all. The complex were the ones that towed my car and acted like the city came and took it

Great service. Knowledgeable agents and the apartments look great! Mrs. Belem Alaya was my agent, and she honestly made the process zero hassle and expedient. My girlfriend and I will be moving in on Friday, and thanks to other positive reviews from yelpers along with insight from friends which previously resided at Meyer Forest; we feel comfortable moving in! If you are looking at these apartments, they are definitely worth it. The staff & the apartment will not disappoint!

I moved into a one bedroom apartment here. The apartment I received was well taken care of and very pretty. The location is so convenient; It has various shopping centers and restaurants in the area. The best part of all is the very kind and friendly service provided by the entire staff who works there. They are all very happy to help especially Ms. Karen Avelar, who assisted me in the search for the best apartment for myself. When I first moved in 10 months ago I discovered an issue with roaches on a lower level apartment unit. I was not able to be let out of my lease but did move to another building where there were fewer bugs. Since then, new management has taken over and while they have renovated apartments and raised prices, the same sub-level service remains. You definitely get what you pay for. I guess I should've taken note of the surrounding neighborhood as well. I've lived here for a year, and everything is great! It's my favorite apartment so far! And agent Erica is more than helpful, she's really nice and sweet. The environment is quiet and beautiful, gym and pool are nice. The apartment itself is clean and spacious, price is perfect as well. I go to school in medical center and it's close there. It is easy to get on 610 and go anywhere in a minute. I would recommend anyone to live here!

Update Dec. 2017: Gate broken since Harvey. No security. Lots of theft. 4 pre-Christmas car break-ins. Noise complaints ignored. Workout room not open in evenings or on Sunday. I work so U never get to use it. Wondering why we still pay for security and workout room. Wish we had more affordable options in Houston.
