We have been working hard figuring out how to reimagine our in-person classes, and we have some good news! We are reopening on an adjusted schedule, with a capacity level that reflects the latest social distancing guidelines. We are going to be starting small and then adding classes as interest picks up, so please check in with the schedule periodically and get on our email list if you are not already.
Our classes are rooted in classical Hatha Yoga Traditions - Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Iyengar - and emphasize proper alignment and understanding of the asanas (poses) as the foundation of a sustainable practice, regardless of immediate goals. You can show up to practice in whatever you want - sweatpants, shorts and a t-shirt, running clothes, or last night's outfit.

We appreciate that so many of you have kept your memberships or reached out wondering how you can help. We've created these special offers, designed around our eventual reopening, to make sure you also feel the love. We have also created a donation account to fund expenses and get our make sure our teachers are getting paid.
Our airy, light-filled studio is located in Georgetown in a lovingly restored building near Dupont, the West End, and Foggy Bottom. This yoga studio is located in a very cute neighborhood. I was visiting DC and took a deep flow class with Peter. I was deeply impressed by his teaching and really appreciate how he helped push my body just a little bit further to reach positions I wasn’t able to before. If you live in the area, or are just visiting (like me), I highly recommend you checking this place out. Plus, they have very attractive rate for first timers. There’s changing room and yoga mats you can use. So you don’t have to bring anything.
P.S. their sister studio Georgetown Yoga, which I checked out during my last

Relaxing, clean yoga studio. The instructor, Nathan, was very knowledgeable about both the poses and provided modifications were beginners. Unlike some studios, preference was not given to the more advanced students.
Teacher: Nathan's modifications took the poses to another level and he spread out the modifications among the students in the class.
Temperature: The class had good air-conditioning which was necessary given the sweltering DC heat
They offer quite a few new student offers, including the first month for $48 (what a steal!)
