Big mistake. On our move in day it started to rain on 5/29/2020. I texted and said I did not want the apartment and that I was not comfortable taking the apartment as is. I wanted them to fix the leak before the lease starts. Basically said she would move me to an apartment that was 300 square feet less and I could take the current apartment or take that one. Fast forward to today, on 6/16/20 and FOUR work orders later(this one and the one on Friday that was never contacted about) this is the second time this week I have woken up at 3am to the leak in our BED ROOM. That's right folks, the leak

Everything is fabulous. Obviously the train can be problematic, but my boyfriend and I are such deep sleepers that it's never woken us up. I live in the town house style apartment, and the walls are very thick, so the train is muffled. Usually the building manager is excellent at replying to emails (though my most recent one has taken a while). The price is excellent once you consider that all utilities are included (including one parking pass, plus no monthly pet fee). I'm very impressed.

The building is built terribly, and has cracks in the floors and floorboards. i constantly deal with bugs crawling from the cracks and under neath the front door because its not placed properly. my drainage is TERRIBLE and the sink and tubs clog regularly. i pay far too much in rent to deal with these issues and i wish i would've been advised before i signed a 13 month lease.i also had my car towed although i registered it with the leasing office because the tag fell out of my windshield and had to pay $150 to get it back. I asked Keith, the office manager, if i would be refunded and was advised

Fun and cool place on the edge of a great neighborhood. Appliances are nice enough and rent is reasonable considering location and what you get. Train noise could be an issue for light sleepers but other than that I'm enjoying my flat. I've met a lot of cool people and dogs here!

Moved in about a month ago. Trains can be bit annoying, but you get used to it. Great location and amenities for price.

Have moved out and still can't get away from incompetent management. My lease ended March 31st and I was charged April rent and subsequent late fee. Forwarded them a copy if my lease showing them the end date because apparently they can't keep track of it themselves. I have yet to hear back about any sort of walk through, so I'm assuming that has not been completed either. Just the cherry on top of a sub par leasing experience. Train is loud and shakes the building, tenants do not pick up after their dogs and often let them outside without a leash, you can hear conversations of tennants next door

I would steer very clear from this complex as well as any buildings associated with Legend Property Group in this area. The property management is very disorganized. There are lots of issues with the building and appliances. The building was obviously remodeled cheap and quickly.
