Out side lighting bad, walk ways have cracks, need lighting in rooms that don’t have it, to many drug users ( pot smell in building s 3-8) , not having both pools open during summer, to many rocks, kids playing outside with out parents, lack of garbage bins, not enough maintenance people, rent to high for this place.

Nothing has been repaired yet. None of my requests except when I had roaches have ever been done, just completed. I still have a leaky bathroom sink, front door that is not secure and a toilet that does not flush.

The staff in the office is wonderful. They go out of their way to do everything they can to help you. I'm looking forward to the beautiful renovations being done, and am quite thankful for maintenance here. They work so very hard.

If your cars not up to parr the complex has an "arrangement" with a hungry little tow truck company to prowl the parking lot multiple times a day and they'll tow your only means of transportation full knowing it'll ruin you.

I went there because I had a appointment. So I showed up on my motorcycle 🏍. Trying to get to my appointment on time. The maintenance guy comes up on my face and tells me to slow down because kid's in the building. I was like I wasn't speeding. And then he turns around and says I was trying to pop a wheelie which was a lie. He called out all the management to talk to me, which I don't know why. They need to teach their employees not to get into people's face. Don't rent here, they are really disrespectful

I love staying at the apartments. it’s so convenient and close to everything. The issues is that there are a lot of homeless that runs around the apartments and people Litter really badly and they need to figure out whose doing it because the outside is bad smh other then the everyone in the office is amazing but they need work you can tell they can have potential.

This is one of the cheaper complexes you'll find around the area, but you get what you pay for. Additional fees apply for access to laundry and mailbox (or so I hear, I don't actually have need of either service). I do see staff cleaning up occasionally but the place is rather dirty, people toss their trash or drop it and leave it all over. Pretty sure someone vomited all down one of the walkways and it's been there for almost a month now. Water pressure can be unpredictable and I've seen the pest control van around quite a bit recently. When I use my hairdryer the bathroom lights flicker. Nice

If I could I would give no stars at all. I have not been living her for long but management has changed about 3 times since I moved in. The new management and staff are very ignorant and they don't clean anything or maintain the simple things such as railings in hallways falling out of the wall. There are homeless all over the complex even living around the dumpsters. If you report noise complaints they do nothing. It is a horrendous place to live. Only thing it is one of the cheapest complexes in Reno if you don't have section 8 or the subsidise complexes. Do NOT rent here.

Horrible been holding my deposit for months and haven't giving me anything except a letter from two different spots stating that there was damages . So hmmm what damages I don't know but it's cool .
