Really impressed with the detail of care of this complex, specifically with Edgar in the leasing office. Just to give you an example within the week of our move to Bainbridge, Edgar took the initiative to call our internet for us and schedule an appointment for the transfer. It was a nice surprise when they called to confirm the appointment. I appreciate his kind and genuine manner of interaction, it's really refreshing. Thank you!

Choosing Bainbridge was definitely a great choice! Everyone at the leasing office is extremely helpful as well as the maintenance staff, especially Carlos. Carlos has gone above and beyond for my roommate and I and has always responded to our service requests within the same day. Having someone like him working in the building was definitely a contributing factor when it came to renewing our lease for another year! We can't thank him enough!

I recently moved into the Bainbridge and after being wowed by their studio model apartment, I was excited to move in. However, one arrival we found our apartment had no island, hallway carpets were stained immensely, and the bathroom air filter was left hanging from the ceiling despite multiple office managers stating they had walked through the unit. When asked for a fix or replacement moveable item we were lied to by manager on duty to quell complaints. While I would not recommend leasing here unless you are very familiar with all the floor plans, I will add that Edgardo was a phenomenal leasing

An amazing experience. Well maintained building all around, pool, courtyards, gym, etc. The office staff is super friendly and helpful, shoutout to Corey. And finally the rooms are very nice and I for one never had a problem with noise. If you want to live in Ybor, I couldn’t imagine a better place.

I have lived here a little over a year. It has great amenities and feels like an upscale hotel. It’s close to the action without being loud. It’s clean in the hallways. Once a month we normally have food trucks that come which you can’t say about most apartments. I don’t hear my side neighbors or neighbor below. Sometimes i hear the above neighbor but that is expected with an apartment. It is over all very quite and can’t hear highway noise. Maintenance always responds promptly if needed. I've been at Bainbridge for 5 months now and aside from your typical apartment trials and tribulations we absolutely love it here. Regarding maintenance, I couldn't be more enthusiastic about Carlos. I swear, the man can fix anything. He's incredibly thorough and wonderfully pleasant. He recently re-grouted my tub and it is flawless.The only work around we have is him actually being able to work as my dog is in love with him. She won't leave him alone. He's spectacular. Our interior team has treated us like family. Abby is beyond generous of spirit and Corey has been professional beyond belief

Have lived here for a year and Bainbridge has easily been the best renting experience I’ve encountered. The amenities are all top notch and appear virtually identical to their promotional materials. I had very few service repair issues while here, but for the ones that I did, they were all addressed within 24 hours. The staff have all been super accommodating and first-rate. I would gladly recommend this place to any friend who was considering renting close to downtown Tampa.

I have been living in Bainbridge for six months and I am loving it! If you are looking for a pet friendly building, this is the place! My fiance and I have enjoyed all of the amenities and activities in their community. The great thing about living in Bainbridge is that you are in the middle of everything! You can walk down a block to the main Ybor strip full of restaurants and bars. Also, Bainbridge gets discounts for being a local in the area! The staff is friendly and they are always giving back to their community. If I could give them more stars, I would!

Property operations are poorly managed and amenities are not 24/
Despite being open for over a year and a half the lobby call box still doesn't work and gorgeous main lobby is closed for guest and residents after leasing office closes. Ybor is a mainly pedestrian heavy area and pedestrians have to utilize the call box in the car drive to access the building (major lawsuit waiting to happen). I've had
