First apartment in Wichita. I am soooo impressed with the polite, helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Mr. Ian Turner smiles every time I enter the office. He went over and above, one afternoon, when I had a 60 pound package to pick up and couldn't carry. He picked it up and brought it to my apartment.

FIRST, IF YOU’RE THINKING OF MOVING IN TO THIS APARTMENT, DON’T YOU DARE!!!! I have had the worst possible experience mostly with the management in the office. They are there to maximize their profits rather than tenant’s satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment even to my worst enemy. They are complete waste of time and effort when trying to get help with absolutely anything. Don’t ignore those NEGATIVE REVIEWS, they are very real.

I hope anyone who is looking at renting from these apartments run run run. All they do is care about the money they make. They can't keep a property mgr in the office for more than a few months and if you ever need anything and leave message or anything they don't usually get back in touch . They recently went to court asking for s eviction when I was already out and then turned around and didn't ask for any money. For what purpose. Don't believe all these positive reviews cause mgmt offers discounts if u leave one.

I didn’t even move in, I couldn’t I just knew something was wrong when she said I couldn’t see the apartment until my move in day, the screen door was laying on the balcony the appliances looked like they were from 1990s and to top it off I couldn’t kill the roach in the kitchen it was to fast. This was the morning I was supposed to move in.

When I first moved into this place I loved it to death and the staff that was working was eagerly able to please and accommodate needs of tenants. Unfortunately both of those staff members went on to better things and this place gone downhill since, broken promises from property mgrs not being followed thru, incorrect owed amounts even when you try to show them deny are in the wrong they won’t take the time to see that and stand behind their computer software, also trying to file evictions on a service animal for aggressive when he’s never been given a waenunciate before or anything Bout. I love where I live! The office staff is professional and courteous; maintenance is fantastic and hard-working. The safe, welcoming, family-friendly environment and beautiful well-kept grounds make Brookwood a FANTASTIC place to live! After being here for 18 months, I have no plans to move out anytime soon 🙂

Brookwood has very friendly staff:; however,, they do not follow through with their promises. For instance, last year when I renewed my lease they promised me a new fridge. I did nor get one and am suffering from a small fridge that I am taller than. I have to use my parents fridge and they are not happy. Most important, it took my AC 4 hours to cool my apartment one degree and it is not even hot yet.

I absolutely love the feels here in the Brookwood Apartment community, it’s a perfect place to call home. The management office staff is always very helpful and the maintenance team is prompt. There is a very professional security company that is visible on the property at night I feel safe here. Apartment floor plans are nice and spacious yet so cute and cozy. The grounds are well kept with scenic landscapes, it’s just sooo pet friendly here. Its conveniently located close to stores and restaurants but captures its own peace and quiet for me to come home to..
