The biggest issue is with the insane weekend protestors that swarm the parking lot and backyards of the complex. The new management is encouraging them to continue, allowing them to park in spots of residents.
Many close calls of physical altercations, noise issues, and aggressive arguments. Makes it feel unsafe to be around your own place on the weekends.

My family lived here for a little less than a year and it was awful. 2 bathrooms and only one worked. we had a sink that was overflow without using it and destroy all our towels. we would smell drugs at night and find beer bottles everywhere. so many rude people and an awful place. I would give this negative 60 stars if I could. NEVER live here!

Everytime my neighbor's toilet would flush, it would bubble up into my shower drain leaving a yellow stain over time. disrespectful tenants, unrelenting office managers, especially during covid pandemic while the ammenties are closed and we still pay full price. rent increased after renovating even though my apt was not renovated. way over priced for 1 BR/1BA. and drug addicts everywhere. if you have a family, DO NOT move here!

I lived here in 2019-2020 and I can honestly say it was a great experience. It was a relatively cheap apartment and they worked with the VA to get me in. Kayla in the office was always on top of making sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner. Maintenance always fixed my few minuscule issues quickly. Would rent here again

Everyone was so nice, and they even offered me ice cream while I toured! Cute older property with a ton of potential and fair prices. Although I decided to lease elsewhere because I found something closer to my job, Aster Place was a very close second based largely on the people that I met and interacted with. I have never had so much fun on a tour! Even with the restrictions imposed by COVID, I was still able to tour with a staff member who showed me their models. You could really tell that everyone who works here takes pride in their job and have so much passion for the property. If I had to
