Well I moved here from out of state and Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My place is quiet nice. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Some of the neighbors are friendly. Others are quiet rude to my special needs kid and made her cry. But other than that I’m grateful for having a nice home. And Jennifer is great and very helpful. So I would totally recommend this place.

Our family just moved in and we are please with our apartment. Quiet and private! We love the size of the kitchen and the living room space.😁 We do hope the pool will open soon before school starts so we can enjoy the hot weather.
Jennifer was very nice, she was very fast with no procrastination.

I love living here, love my townhouse, love the area... so the 3 star rating really breaks down to 2 MAJOR issues I've had here. One (and most important) they refuse to believe my AC doesn't work. My house is almost 80 degrees CONSTANTLY in the summer and my electric bills averaged about $300 last summer, they just keep replacing a filter.... Issue two is that the pool seems to be only for showing off to new potential residents since it is full and not open to to the residents. In the 4 years I've lived here we've been able to use the pool a total of 3 days as it is ALWAYS closed.

Jennifer Archer made my move in process so easy! I was able to move in earlier then expected and Jennifer made the process very smooth. I love how helpful she is and how her personality is. She is very friendly. So far everything has been very good. Compared to my previous apartment, these are way better.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments to nobody because all they do is stick notes on your door about anything. It sad you can't hang up nothing on your wall, play your music or even have company without somebody calling the office talking about excessive noise. I didn't know me decorating my apartments was excess noise. But yet you got people riding thru the apartments with their music loud and people standing outside cussing people out. But you wanna give me a note talking bout excess noise me and my company. You move over here you have to walk on eggshells. That's why I hate apartments. Can

The leasing office staff is knowledgeable and professional which makes the rental process easier, the prices are affordable and the units are well kept. They address requests in a timely manner the Bluffs at cherry hills townhomes have lots to offer it's residents. It's located near shopping and schools. It's a nice place to live.

This place is triable, theirs kids that are younger than 8 running around, people running in the streets and stealing bikes. The first day I moved into my apartment my apartment was egged than a few days later rocks were thrown at my window.Their was a massive shooting from about two years ago, I was so scared that I stayed with my sister for a while.I lived here for more than 12 years and I know this place well even back to two years ago when A mother and her two kids died in one of the apartments. If you dare to move in you’ll regret it.Take my word for it both sides of the complex are terrible

Worst place I have ever lived. After sewage bubbled up into our home, they took forever to fix it and then when they did, they said I had to move everything out of their way. I am missing half my chest due to cancer and have a 30lb lift limit. Rude management who couldn't care less if you are a paying customer or trash on the street. Maintenance guy is nice but his hands are tied by said management. This place could be so much better. Why did I move to Omaha???

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. I've lived here three years. People let their children run unsupervised, they are loud and disrespectful. The management and ownership has changed more than three times since I've been here. My dad was carjacked at gunpoint literally in front on my townhouse. Not to mention the recent series of gun violence. The sewer recently backed up into our home and they said it was safe for myself and three young children to stay in u til it gets fixed. The walls had to be cut open and I had to everything. If I see a uhaul in the vicinity of this area I am going
