I lived there from 2016- 2018 when it was under a good management. Just to warn you all that if you have any respiratory issues that most of all the Apts have black mold. When it was reported they covered it up with paint etc. Now to report since covid19 several of the residents have died, do we know how they stopped the infected Apts? Beware of the contract you sign they're not all correct or specify clearly their rules? Low income based is just the beginning!

I've lived at Villas of Seagoville for a year and a half. Honestly, I can't imagine living anywhere else! The garden home style is wonderful ... feels more like a house instead of an apartment. The landscaping is beautiful, and I love being able to plant flowers and decorate my own "yard".
The management and maintenance staff are awesome! The few issues I've experienced have been resolved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Villas of Seagoville for any senior looking for a peaceful, quiet, well-managed place to call home!
