GATEWAY PINES owner/s made the most AWESOME business move and perfect right decision when they selected Ms Nina as The Property Manager “TEAMED”

I had a violent neighbor they let live beside me for months. At one point he harassed me. The cops were called on him atleast 5 times a week, and one time he lied to them and told him it was me and I had to cops in my apartment at 11pm at night. Roach and flea infestations too. I moved out for my safety and health also, and they charged me 1600 even though I used my lease and Texas law, I’m now having to get an attorney. They don’t care about the people, just the money.

I called to ask if the 60 day notice was still required if you go with the month to month 30 day lease. They said no it is not. Well come to find out that it still is and they are trying to charge me for not giving a proper notice. I don't know how your supposed to give a 60 day notice on a 30 day lease....

Nice improvements. The manager there is really nice and professional. She goes out of her to be helpful and assist. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work

So let me put it again. And I’ll keep coming back and reviewing this place.
I had an outstanding balance on my account for carpet cleaning and a water bill. I was never sent this information. An apartment is then supposed to send it to collections, so that collection can seek out my payment.
I understand that once it goes to collection Pines wouldn’t receive the full amount. They kept it to themselves for a year almost.
I called because I was denied an apartment and wanted to make sure I didn’t have any loose ends.

I was very impressed by the customer service I received. Nina was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The place looks great and is kept up very well. I am definitely going to recommend this property to my friends and family. It looks like a great place to live in!!

Great new manager! The customer service has improved tremendously, the community is great here, and Nina is always willing to help.

Your front desk is the face of your company and I for one am bewildered that they would choose someone as rude and condescending as Celina to be that face. She does not treat residents with the respect they deserve. She talks down to those that ask for her help and shrugs off their complaints. You would think water pouring in from the ceiling would be an emergency right? Not to her. She said send an email and we will get there in a few days. There seem to be recurring issues with facilities as well from the pool that was green for months to the trash that sits in the hallways for days on end. These

The grunt behind the desk in the office on the left, looked like she didn't even shower wore a dirty white tank top, no makeup and dirty hair. She wouldn't even turn her chair or make eye contact with a potential renter! She shoved a flyer across the desk and said have a good day in a snotty way! You just lost a fantastic tenant who has $4,000 cash and makes four times the rent, has excellent credit, as well as excellent rent history. Your customer service is disgusting! Your loss! *Gateway Cedars* on the other hand is phenomenal, polite, friendly professional, and caring.

I lived at Gateway Pines for over two years. I moved into my apartment before even seeing it in person ahead of time. My apartment was brand new and I never had any maintenance issues whatsoever. Staff was always friendly with any questions or concerns I had. Apartments are decently priced compared to similar apartments in the same area. I felt extremely safe and the community was quiet overall.

I have complained for several months on the noise above me. It continues all day and I work from home so this has caused quite a few issues. I have written emails, made phone calls, and even went up to the front office to address it. They said they will talk to them but the noise still continues. It has woken me up in the middle of the night. I am so over this apartment at this point.

If you like dealing with rift raft and section 8 issues while paying $1600+ in rent then this is the place for you.

Love Gateway Pines!! Couldn’t ask for any better apartments. These apartments are absolutely beautiful and luxurious. The community is great, quiet, and people who live here are very nice and friendly. Most importantly the staff is amazing!! They are at the top of their game. Celena is simply the best, Love her!! She is very sweet and has helped… my husband and I with many many things from moving in, to answering all of our questions, and simply making living here the best experience ever! I Definitely recommend going to her If you are interested in taking a look at these beautiful

They are thieves, we paid 85 of the 200 deposit application, they told us that if they did not accept us for something, if because they want to know until the time you go to the bathroom, they will return the… 200 deposit, and now they leave with that it is not refundable , a robbery to the face, with money that is not yours, because I have to pay a deposit when you did not accept me and also do not occupy any apartment, the deposit is for when you occupy an apartment, thieves.

Staff was very friendly. Property was beautiful, well maintained. Apartment styles & set up was gorgeous. Loved everything about Gateway Pines!!
