If I could give this place negative stars I would. I was lied to by Victoria from the time I walked into the place up until my move in date. I was forced to move out of the house I was renting due to an unreasonable landlord raising my rent a ridiculous amount, and since I had previously looked at these apartments I decided to go back. Victoria told me there were three townhouse layouts becoming available at different price levels and locations. Nice apartments for the price! Cute floor plans with a fireplace. Pool is clean, the work out room is okay could use some maintenance, there is a volleyball and a tennis court. The office is very receptive to complaints, maintenance usually comes within the same day. I've never had a problem they did not fix. My kitchen appliances all match and they look pretty new, plus a working garbage disposal. Pest control is here every week to spray, all you have to do is ask. Apartments are clean and up to date looking. Overall this is the nicest apartment I've lived in.
