I absolutely love living at Highland View Apartments. I’ve been here for 4 years and have lived in two different units. The office staff are seriously the best. Always friendly and so easy to talk to! They always try their best to accommodate whatever need you have.
Maintenance requests are always addressed same day and they often call afterwards to make sure things were taken care of to my liking.
Well worth the price for quality of the units, amenities, and overall appearance. I feel safe in this community and honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

I have been a resident going on 6 years. The office staff has gone out of their way to help me when I have needed help. I know when I call and report a problem it will be taken care of in a timely manner and the job has always been done right the first time. I still pay my bill each month with a check which gives me an opportunity to speak to the staff we always have a good laugh. Shout out to all of the maintenance personnel they also go out of their way to help sometimes above and beyond that is why come September when it is renewal time I will be signing up for my seventh year. I couldn’t be more happy here! Staff are always extremely friendly, facilities are always clean and unkept well. I had gotten a 450lb safe and the maintenance crew was more than kind and helped me get it up a flight of stairs using their appliance stair climb dolly instead of my own run of the mill dolly. They went as far as helping me get it positioned in the apartment where I needed it. Any maintenance request has always been done within 24hrs often less. I had noticed my A/C wasn’t putting cold air out as well as it should and when I came home from work the next day they had installed a

Just a basic apartment complex. Nothing special. Would never recommend due to a lying manager Sparks. Moved me into an apartment with pet soaked urine carpet. Told him about it he said no way because carpet is new along with padding and sealed floor. After pleading with him for over a month to fix the problem because I have stage 4 lung issues and on oxygen I called there corporate office and they had a maintenance guy rip up some of the carpet and padding. Low and behold pet piiss puddles all over. Also always smelling drugs in hallways. Me and other tenant told Sparks but nothing was ever done

They wasted a stamp to send me a $6 security deposit refund after criminally stealing all of it for routine wear and tear.
The facilities are fine. I loved my room. But as others pointed out, management will act like your friend, but they're just capitalists. Sadly, you have no power as a renter and they know you won't come after then when they steal your meager security deposit as salt in the wound upon move out.
