The only reason I signed at this apartment was because Breadon one of the leasing agents there promised they would have a dog park by the end of summer. Tyler the manager even spoke to me over the phone and made the same promise now they tell me that they didn't know from the get go if they were actually going to get one. They just told everyone that signed that they would because supposedly get one and then just kept delaying it until everyone moved in and then just scrap the idea. It does not cost that much to put up fence it would be cheaper than the gym they are renovating that has taken over

I recently visited the enclave for a tour. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. They informed me on the different options that were available to me and answered my many many questions without hesitation. During the tour I was informed of specials and accommodations. The apartments are beautiful. One of my favorite parts was the pool. Absolutely gorgeous. Overall I really liked the apartments!

Since we (my girlfriend and I) have moved in to the Enclave and even before that this place has been a complete nightmare!!!! First just arguing back and forth with them because we signed for a first floor apartment and they said they we didn’t. Yet we had the documents and voice recordings saying otherwise. They also promised us they would have a dog park by move in which is the only we reason we signed( we have two medium sized dogs). It is now October and still no dog park and was told by Tyler the manger that they decided not to build it. We’ve also had to deal with one of the bedrooms

I moved into The Enclave in July and there were many issues. I had to be moved into a new apartment the same day. The new apartment flooded the next day and caused my to ruin $75 worth of towels, Although, the start was rough, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was taking care of. They handled all of the issues within a timely manner. Whenever I have questions or concerns, the leasing agents are always knowledgeable and helpful. The managers, Maria and Tyler's doors are always open to me to address my need. My stay so far has been good. They have matched me two cool roommates. Not

Before you think about renting an apartment here, please consider the following facts:
Fact #1: They entered my apartment without my permission to install some kind of device in the kitchen. And left the kitchen with dust all over the floor.
Fact #2: At 1:00 AM, there were people playing volleyball, blowing whistles, and shouting.
So, please try to ask yourself the questions:
1. Do you want to live in a neighborhood where other people, WIHTOUT YOUR PERMISSION, could enter your rooms?
2. Do you want to live in a neighborhood where you could not even have a good night sleep when you are tired

Even though I cleaned it more thoroughly than when I moved in, the apartment charged me $577 unfairly.
The carpet was very clean, and even though I cleaned all the appliances and furniture without any damage(see my picture), they charged me for various cleaning fees.
This apartment is pretty old. If you do not like to leave very detailed photos and videos of the condition of the apartment before and after moving in, there is a high possibility that you will be charged various fees.
I currently inquired to the apartment to get a refund of the unreasonable

I would give 0 star if Google permits. Terrible apartment. Would never recommend it to my friends.

Electric fees were crazy, I was charged about $200 / month. So you should pay about $780 for one room of 2B2B.
The apartment charged me about $700 after moving out. They had countless reasons to charge you. Even you thoroughly cleaned your room, they will charge you $50 for pest control. Even the wall is as good as new, they will charge you about $100 for repainting.
The most ridiculous thing is they charged

The management of this property is greedy and ignorant. I highly not recommanded anyone besides new students without vehicle live here. lots of my friends lived here on 2020-2021 was charged over 600 dollars of damage fee when move out even though we have cleaned the apartment but one of our friends said he was totally not charged even one cent when move out on July/2021 though he damaged the blind. the charging is very random and sometimes based on how much deposit you have with then.

3. The fitness facility is not being repaired.
4. When you move out, your deposit will most likely be cut and you won't be able to get it right.
Please find another apartment.
Most of all, you could be seriously injured by this old house. The ceilling pan shakes violently, and the mirror in the bathroom may suddenly fall.
