Do not rent from here. The only thing they care about is that rent being due on the 1st. Toilets from 1988. The ceiling fan they replaced was from 1995. This place is atrocious. When you live here and call the office with a complaint or concern they will stop answering the phone if they see your number. Pamela in the office is oblivious to anything around her. When brought to the manager,Bryan attention he said it’s not her job to report broken fixtures or anything that needs to be fixed. RUN. Don’t do it to yourself. You will regret it. They paint you a nice picture till you sign that lease

Absolutely horrible. Pamela in the office- rude. She will take your money no problem but the second you need any assistance she won’t answer the phone. Run away folks, run away. The buildings are old as dirt and have not been maintained. The apartments never are updated except for carpet. Before you move in they don’t even make sure the sinks drain, toilets work or basic things that a pre inspection would have caught.

I would give a -100 stars if I could. Not only is rent ridiculously priced, I came to find my apartment had serious mold issues before I moved in. It was to the point it was making me sick even though I cleaned EVERY DAY! I then found the black mold was covered by caulk and paint. It comes out the vents. Now I'm stuck in an unsafe apartment for another 13 months with no way out. I'm xo ta tingle Federal Housing Commission and the owner, but am doubtful they will do anything because they wouldn't do anything about my far away parking and I'm handicapped.

I’ve known of this complex for quite a few years now, I have a friend who used to live here and I always found it eye catching! So as some may know, trying to apartment hunt out of state can be very difficult and stressful, but Pamela went above and beyond to help me! It was a headache trying to get the approval, but Pamela made sure to direct me in every step of the way, as there was a credit error on my report and I’ve never experienced this before.. and she helped me so professionally, but friendly at the same time :) I’m so excited to call Stonegate my new home in just a few weeks, nonetheless

My mom and I just moved down here from out of state. Pamala went above and beyond helping us through the process. She help pick out an apartment and even sent us pictures to help us decide. We were worried because we'd be arriving after the office closed, but she arranged to get us the keys so we were all set when we got there. The apartment is nice and the amenities are nice as well. The location is great with everything near by. If you're looking for a place to live Stonegate is a place you should check out. Will update later if necessary.

The jacuzzi is NEVER HOT.
We Pay a lot to live here and can't EVER enjoy amenities fully. If it's not that the pool is green and jacuzzi out of order it's unkempt pool deck. I've requested a broom to sweep. They call me pool girl because I always take out leaves,etc.
Please fix jacuzzi. My body needs it. Disability needs hot and cold..what's going on? Telling leasing officers is talking to the dead, NOTHING HAPPENS. Thank you. NO SHOWER EITHER 😱

I love living here. The gym is great. My kids enjoy the pool daily and it is kept clean. The grounds are kept beautifully. Any problem or concern is taken care of almost immediately by the office staff or maintenance. The new playground is nice. It is very kid /family friendly in here. My apartment is great. No problems in here at all. It's updated and very clean. No bug issues at all. My only concern is the people who live here need to slow down while driving through the complex!!!!! But all in all, it is a great community in here!!!!!
