I had a very long detailed review to post but sadly it is much too long for the character count so I've finally cut it down to just bullet points. Please enjoy these bullet points on all the reasons we chose to buy a house in a crazy housing market rather than spend another day in this hellhole they call a luxury apartment:
- Unresponsive Management
- Constant Garage and Car Break Ins
- Garage Door Sometimes Doesn't Open (there is no other way in other than through a garage door)
- Double Booking a Carport (that is paid for in addition to rent)
- Flooding and Water Damage to Personal

The staff are incompetent or practice dirty tactics maybe both..... long story short a friend of mine was guaranteed everything was perfect for her move in. This place took her $3500 deposit then the day before she was to move in they randomly told her she needed a co-signer and referred her to some company (kick backs come to mind). Said company couldn't approve her by her move in date and the apartments still have the deposit!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

Alisa and Briana are welcoming and super attentive. We had a tour with Alisa and knew after that this apartment complex was the one. Other locations gave us a difficult time with our service dog documentation but Alisa is super knowledgeable and we were able to secure our apartment quickly! Since we moved in, any inquiry we have via email or in person, has received a timely response.
The amenities are a plus! Doggy wash station, pool/jacuzzi, & gym. If you are thinking of renting at this location stop by and speak to Alisa or Briana! Can't thank them enough for their helpfulness!

Be careful with renting here highly expensive super noisy knowing that you have a fire department 1 min away from the place and to top it off you have the metro in front, lots of homeless not hating it is what it is you are better off renting a home with much more space not have to worry about parking or getting your guest cars towed cause metro area closes at 10 pm and there are no guest parking what so ever the good thing is that you get a nice gym but it's not worth all other inconvenience regarding the apartment complex specially security you will not feel safe here!

This used to be a nice complex. When my family & I moved here about four years ago, the management was caring & professional. Any problems was immediately addressed. Now, you would be lucky if trash laying around will be picked up after a few days sometimes weeks. Security is bad. There have been cars broken into. Vagrants get in the trash bins. It is a nice looking complex but the little things that matter are sadly lacking. Looking out for the customer, that is the tenant is an afterthought. Con: 1. homeless people wandering everywhere outside the station and the apartment.
2. I. The beginning was all good then the bathroom got hijacked by bunch of ants(TERRIFIED). This is the last straw to make me break me lease 7months early.
3. Neighbors sound proof TERRIBLE. I live in Second floor and literally I can hear neighbors sneezing and fighting upstairs.
4. Poor Valet trash service. There has been several times that the staff been missing to pick up my trash.
5. Not worth the rent. Studio~2000/month.

I want to shout out Brianna in the leasing office! She is so kind and helpful with any question I bring to the office. She has taken care of any question I have when it comes to my rent total and has been so pleasant to talk to when I stop by the office. The girls in the leasing office are great! Brianna has been doing excellent at her job and she communicates graciously and effectively for any questions you may have.
The only issue with living here is the guest parking situation, but they communicate their rules effectively. Make sure if you move in to note that you will need further arrangements

I have loved my experience so far living at metro gateway apartments. The most constructive and beneficial part of my time here has been the people in the leasing office. Alisa, who helped me in my leasing process and move in process, has been nothing but kind and welcoming my 3 months of living here. She is quick to respond to any inquiry I have and she has been graceful through any issues I bring to the office. Alisa will not only take care of your apartment needs, but she continues to treat me like family and make me feel comfortable in my new home! Some reviews say the office is bad at communication

I lived at the Metro Gateway Apts. From Feb. 2019 till Feb 2020. Nice staff although staff changed over more tha once. Homeless digging in trash, using trash areas as a toilet, car was broken into in a closed garage.Unit was modern and clean. Common areas in west building near gas station not so much.. as
Billing poor. Still getting a bill from checkout in 2000. Cleared it in person. Told all fine and now a year later getting call for 102.00past due! Nuts. Do not recommend.

I definitely will recommend Metro gateway!! Since the first moment we arrived at the leasing office Jordan was so nice and helpful. She gave us the tour of the apartment and we felt at home right away. Jordan definitely was so helpful in every questions we had and she make sure that we were happy moving to metro gateway. I will definitely recommend not only the place but as well as the staff specially Jordan.

I highly recommend avoiding applying to this complex. They will flatly deny your application, tell you they are sending an "adverse interest" letter, and just take your money. The manager was extremely rude to me. I begged for a refund of my wife's and my $100 application fee as a one-time courtesy and she refused. Very disappointed.

Ammenities are closed , paying close to $1,800 a month to not even get access to the gym I'm paying for ? It's not fair that we are paying for something we can't even use ! You guys should be more concerned with the amount of people vehicles being broken into ! Why doesn't management do anything about this? No barbed wire over the fences? Sometimes I see the gates wide open for hours on end ! If I could give them - negative stars I would.

Current resident as of March. Already opting out of my lease. The office is complete crap and I mean that. Liars and complete idiots doesn't even start to begin...let me be clear DO NOT RENT HERE! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! first question I asked about to the ladies face is parking- all first come first serve giest parking. Lies, get towing notices even though they said it was ok. But they let car dealerships park here for months no issue. They can't and won't try to keep the homeless out. So car break ins are common.

This is addressed to the corporate office. I was a former resident of Metro Gateway and was issued my deposit refund check within a reasonable amount of time. However, after cashing the check I was notified by my bank that it was rejected due to insufficient funds. This is extremely frustrating as I have not been able to get a clear answer from the leasing office and have not been able to get a hold of anybody at the corporate office. I really hope that this does not have to escalate further, and hope to receive my deposit soon. It's not fair to me or any other former resident because to us

A guy was stabbed at the Metrolink station and since this fabulous apartments (NOT!) have no sort of security, whatsoever, the guy just jumped over the fence and started swimming in the pool. I was at the gym (which btw, gym door has been broken for at least 2 weeks) when all this happened and then I got questioned by police since I was the only person there to see when the guy got there.
I obviously don't feel safe here and would very much like to move out but they still want me to pay the buy off, which is insane since we're paying for a gated community without having those benefits
