I was living here for 9 months. Landon as well as the maintenance team were very helpful. The only reason i am not giving a 5 star review is because the security is a joke. There are no cameras on the property, no gates, nothing. When i was living there pretty much every night i would go to take my dog out there was junkies just standing around, literally just walking in circles. I would wake up in the morning and there would be broken glass on the walk way. The person that lived above me would LITERALLY STALK my apartment, i have it all on my Ring doorbell. They redid the roads multiple times

They don’t understand how to cash checks or accept payment online and stick you with an extra $200 three days after you have paid. Even with a check or making an early payment online. There will be a paper on your door saying they never took the money and now you owe a late fee because of their lack of... well I don’t even know what’s going on in there but somethings not right with this every month no matter what we try. They need to do better, Terrible experience with management

I can't say whether or not living here is good-I haven't decided if I can afford to live here yet. However, I wanted to leave a review based on my experience checking out this location. Brandon was incredible. I had looked at another apartment complex just west of there before checking this place out and felt immediately turned off by the way I was treated, so maybe it was just nice to be greeted with a smile...but Brandon deserves major kudos for the energy and manner in which he treats people. I was given a great tour of the place, all my questions were answered and I really really appreciated

Love my neighbors, love the feel of the apartments just wish that somethings were a little more taken care of like the bushes, the cleanliness of the buildings on the outside and the sprinklers leave mud and puddles in places and that gets tracked into my apartment. The staff are always friendly and sweet. The maintenance guys are super nice and always go out of their way to help.

First off, if I could give this place a -13824 review I would. Second off, anyone who is giving this place 5 stars is delusional. This complex is hands down the WORST place I have ever lived at. You will pay for a pool that you can never use. Maintenance is a joke. It took days, weeks even, to have someone come over to just look at a leak, garbage disposal, problems with the washing machine, etc. On top of this big pot of steaming BS that's already cooking here, the management is horrendous. In the one year that I was there they went through 3, maybe 4 office staff and employees. All of which

PURE GARBAGE. You would have better success living on the streets than living at Riverbend Apartments. First off, management is garbage. Don't even bother wasting your time trying to communicate with them. Just in the one year I was there they went through THREE different managers and office staff. There's nothing "friendly" or "nice" or "convenient" about management. Third, office staff is very incompetent and cannot compute or execute the utmost simplest tasks. If you love working with toddlers and immature kids then by golly this is the place to be. If

Worst renting experience I ever had therefore I want people to know why so it can be avoided. We move there because of the perceived cheap rent and pool. We didn't expect too much because it was relatively cheap...until you factor in the pool fees, security fees, and all of the other fees that showed up on our rent. When I got there I figured it'd be fine because we aren't renting privately so maintenance should be reliable as it is an apartment complex - wrong. Took days and occasionally weeks to get leaks stopped, locks repaired, laundry fixed, and garbage disposal fixed. Also

I've lived here for one year. The apartments themselves are very nice and the grounds are well maintained. The maintenance staff here deserves a raise. Fellow tenants are very friendly. Neighborhood isn't great and gets some of the worst smells from the Jordan River when the breeze hits you just right. While I find the management nice and professional, they are completely unwilling to resolve any issue themselves and will always make the tenant responsible for any issues even if the staff is clearly in the wrong. For example, I gave a verbal notice 3 months before the end of my lease that I planned

Riverbend is the WORST! I was supposed to receive credit for my $200 holding fee in June. It's now September and no one can tell me where my money is! At one point the manager told me on the phone that there isn't always money in their "refund account", so customers have to wait until funds are available and refunds can get processed. Talk about SHADY! Just return the money I gave you. Shouldn't have cashed my check. I wouldn't recommend Riverbend to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT RENT HERE. Apparently it's new management and the manager isn't any better than the previous. I have and nothing but problems wit this place. And you can't call them because they don't answer not return your voicemail. The manager was a B**** when I went in to go talk to her about a problem I experienced with them and she wasn't very helpful at all. In fact she didn't care. My apartment doesn't even have a smoke detector and there are multiple leaks throughout the house coming from upstairs and my bathtub has no handle I gotta use pliers. It was reported

Simply the worst rental experience I have ever dealt with. After 5 long months there I decided that my life was more important than the lease I was on. Do not rent here, I cannot express how horrible it really is.
Cons:
1-LOUD! You hear everything that goes on there.
2- Management- the 5 months I was there they were bought and sold twice. The person whom rented me the apt literally left the day I moved in and then the office staff changed 3 times.
3-Drug dealers and gang related crime-24-7 there. I witnessed two different busts in one month. My neighbor below me was a dealer and I had random

Worst place I have ever lived! Please please do not rent here, this place is worst than hell! Management is so indifferent and careless, any complaints made to them are in vain. The walls are paper thin the other tenants are super incredibly rude and inconsiderate. No one has common courtesy or manners for that matter, frankly living here is like living at a zoo, except with much less educated co-habitants. DO NOT RENT HERE! Signing that lease agreement is comparable to signing your soul over to the devil. This place has an airtight lease agreement and once you sign there is no way out of it, trust
