Realty Executives Central is located in the heart of Clintonville, just north of downtown Columbus, Ohio, and has been in business since 1992. A full service real estate brokerage, Realty Executives Central specializes in scattered site property management for the small to medium sized investor. REC manages properties of all types ranging from single family homes or condos to multi family units.
Be sure to include the complete address, including the unit number in the "Property Address" field. If you have any questions, or if the situation is an emergency, please contact us directly right away. Some banks provide a service where you can have a check automatically mailed to us each month. Payments will be accepted at the above address during regular business hours - Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
However, please note, we do not accept dogs over 60 pounds or any of the breeds listed by law as being threatening, e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc. We charge a non-refundable application fee of $35 per adult applicant. This fee must be paid at the time of application. You may pay with a credit card or PayPal directly on our website, or you may mail a check.

We have worked with Shandra McNelis, Broker/Property Manager for several years. Over the past 20 years we used property management services from several other providers. Shandra is by far the best we have ever found. She is very responsive and results oriented. She was also our broker on the sale of 5 properties. She did what it took to make sure things went well. Be warned. We had issues from a few days after moving in to when our contract ended. First of all it’s sad that they’ll just rent out the house to another unsuspecting person. Let’s start with the basement molding. It’s started with it flooding destroying everything we had down there. We called them left messages and nothing. Then of course after a while it started molding which we had told them about too. They don’t care about any of that but will get in touch with you about minor issues There was also a hole in the basement wall which would allow mice to come in. Mice!! The kitchen

Mice, flooding, mold, broken sinks and restrooms. We sent communications to realty as soon as we had issues, we have pictures of the mold and flooding and neglected front yard. they supposedly sent over some folks to fix some of the issues, these folks were incognito.
We have email communications months in advance that we sent and the issues were ignored. Definite SLAM LORDS! Jeanie was rude and extremely unprofessional to my wife.
Just PASS ON THIS! You’ll save your self time and piece of mind.

I have lived in my property going on seven years I originally had a different management company taking care of the property and just this past year this company has taking over. the old management company I would send an email or call them and I would hear back from them within a few hours this company I have called the property manager several times and have left several messages and I never heard back from her but I’m sure if they did not receive my rent they would call.

The company told me when I moved in 8yrs ago, that if I had any problems they would address it. Well I'm still here and after reporting the problem 3yrs later, and problem never got solved. The neighbors runs a daycare out if their apartment and Reality Executives still has not done a thing but sent out a notice to them, but, Once.
Never have they themselves, been here to visit the property. Or witness a continue problem.
So if you want a company that's only loyal to collecting your money here they are.
This is like the dumps and I'm looking for a new place.

Renting from Shandra was an excellent experience. Any time repairs were needed they were done so in a very timely fashion. Many times, she responded to my emails after their offices were closed! The property we rented was a steal! Great location, superb price, and amazing neighbors who always looked out for each other. Shandra and Realty Executives truly care about providing their renters with the best service possible-which makes all of our lives easier. This company is a gem and I highly recommend it.

I have worked and rented from Shandra McNelis at Realty Executives for the past 18 months. It does not make sense to write a review till after you have been able to see just how helpful and professional someone is. Now that we have been there 18 months I can say first hand they/she is a 5 Star company. Anytime we needed anything she was Shandra on the spot to get it handled. We really never needed much only a couple things but they were Great to work with. The owner of the home we rented made things easy for her to get things done in a fast manner. I just met my new neighbors in the small german village house, converted to apartments that we share.
Both of us having recently migrated from NYC, were exclaiming how pleased we are with our g.v. digs, compliments of Realty Executives Central, specifically our friendly landlord Don.
If you are searching for that all the stars were aligned when I found this apartment or home check out this place's listings. They vary from C-ville homes to affordable and funky apartments like mine. The only consistency is the quality of the properties.
As a landlord I've nothing but good experiences
