Called asked for availability. Was told they will call me back. 1 week later received a call and scheduled to come in for tour. Next day I toured complex and was given pricing. It was printed on paper, and then hand written on the info sheet. I sat down, filled out the application and paid the fees. Couple of days later gave notice to my complex that I was moving out (oops). Equinox called me and told me they quoted me the wrong price. They couldn't honor that price, and told me they didn't have what the new price would be. Later they told me the unit would be ~$300 more than what I was quoted

The new management company does NOT have their act together. I paid my rent in full and on time, but I got a notice on my door that they're trying to evict me for nonpayment because their records are wrong.
Also, the day before Thanksgiving they shut off the water to my building for most of the day without notifying anyone ahead of time or even after the fact. I only found out why my water wasn't working because I called them myself.
I know things can be rough during a transition period from one company to another, but this is inexcusable.

I was in town over the weekend to visit my father, who lives in this community. Now, I do understand that the world is still dealing with the pandemic; however, this is no excuse for management not taking the same pride in the property as is expected of the tenants. If you can't get a service to come in and take care of things, then it seems that the office staff needs to dawn more hats. The trash at one of the dumpsters was absolutely embarrassing. If I were someone interested in moving to this complex, I would have completely been swayed to look elsewhere because this is just ridiculous. This

The worst management. We've lived here for 7 months now and EVERY single time it rains the ceiling leaks in my sons room. I put in a service request every time and every time I get told that they will contact the roofers and to put a trash can to collect the water leaking with some towels down on the carpet to soak up the water. Nobody has some to check the carpet to make sure the water doesnt make it smell, nobody comes by to check the ceiling that has started to mold and supposedly a roofer has come out to check the roof but yet its been 7 months and the same leak is still coming in from the

This is the worst apartment complex in GARLAND the office Manager MARIA has the worst customer service and is rude as all get out. They half way fix any issues that you have inside of your home and expect for you to follow up to keep them on task and if you don't follow up you are sol. Everything is a quick band-aid fix that leads to issues along the way. I wouldn't recommend a freaking fly to live here.

My husband and I are seniors we have very much enjoyed living here 2 years and renewing our lease this month for a third year. It is a nice quite apartment, we have a pretty ,small, back yard with attached garage. It’s perfect for seniors. Maintenance always responds to maintenance request the next day or sooner. Ladies in the office are quick to respond. We are also within walking distance to a grocery store. You will enjoy making this your new home.

I was a resident here for over six years and I loved it. The office staff and maintenance crew are so friendly and helpful! Maria is amazing and she is very great at what she does! She is always keeping me and the other residents informed. I love the giveaways and all the events they hosted for us. I would recommended to anyone looking for a place to call home in North Garland area

I am a current resident here and I also work in the apartment industry so I am more critical than the average person. I applied online for an apartment and it was such a easy and quick process. I made an appointment to see the apartment and the leasing consultant was late. however after sending an email confirming our time, she replied and lied about the original time . I let it slide.
